Location Information: Ocean One Condominiums is a unique condominium property located on a half mile stretch of white sand beach, on the south coast of Barbados. The location of Ocean One is perfect and nearly everything you will require on holiday is within easy walking distance. The property sits directly on Maxwell Beach located on the Maxwell south coast road which is well away from the main road and as a result the property does not suffer from traffic noise. The beach is an almost exclusive white sand beach safe for swimming where crowding will never be an issue. The well known St. Lawrence Gap or The Gap in Barbados is known as one of the islands best spots for a great selection of bars, restaurants, nightclubs is nearby (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive). Also located nearby (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) is the Oistins Fishing Village. Ocean One is only a short 15-20 minute drive to or from the airport and about the same distance from the main shopping and city centre Bridgetown.
