Cinquelle is the complete villa. It is a 2 bedroom home on the gated Royal Westmoreland estate, set in the beautifully manicured gardens of Cassia Heights, immediately adjacent to the 18th green with views over the 9th fairway to be Caribbean Sea. The accommodation is luxuriously furnished throughout and comprises 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite, sitting room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living areas are air-conditioned. A housekeeper/cook is provided 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. All linen, including bath and beach towels, is provided. Royal Westmoreland is just a 5 minute drive from the nearest beaches on the magnificent west coast of Barbados. Guests can enjoy golf (at concessionary rates) on the magnificent and challenging Robert Trent Jones Jnr. designed Royal Westmoreland golf course in addition to having full use of all the other facilities, including swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi and gymnasium at the Sanctuary.

Notes on prices
Special offer between 16 April 2008 and 14 December 2008: 7 nights for the price of 6, or 14 nights for the price of 12. All prices are in US Dollars per night and are subject to 7.5% VAT. Bookings can be made for any period except for the Christmas and New Year period when the minimum stay is 14 nights.

The terrace affords views to the south and west across the 18th green and the 9th fairway to the Caribbean Sea. There is a glass topped table with sun umbrella and chairs for outdoor dining, sun lounger beds and an electrically operated awning. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a bed-settee in the sitting area adjacent to and separate from the second bedroom. Overall it can accommodate 6 adults. A welcome food and drinks pack can be provided if required.

Outside
Cinquelle is set within luxuriously landscaped gardens immediately adjacent to the 18th green and overlooking the 9th fairway and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Royal Westmoreland is a secure, gated community approx 40 mins drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. A meet and greet service is available if required. The villa has parking for 2 vehicles. Guests can enjoy the benefits of concessionary rates for golf (buggy included) on the magnificent Robert Trent Jones Jnr designed Royal Westmoreland Golf Course in addition to full use of the other resort facilities, including swimming pool, tennis courts and gymnasium at the Sanctuary, club house and restaurant. There are tennis courts with floodlighting. At peak times of the year a children's club is also available, at an additional cost.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches on the west coast are less than 5 mins drive away. Guests can avail themselves of the arrangement with the Colony Club Resort for the exclusive use of a section of their beach, the full range of facilities and sun beds. The rugged east coast beaches are 30 mins drive away as are the beaches of the south coast.
Golf
The golf course at Royal Westmoreland is for the exclusive use of members, their guests and villa renters. It is a superb 6,870 yard, par 72 course of unrivalled beauty. The elegant and imposing colonial style clubhouse has sweeping views over the course towards the Caribbean Sea. Sandy Lane golf course is a 10 minute drive away and the Barbados Golf Club at Durants a 30 min drive.
Travel
Grantley Adams International airport is approx 40 mins drive. The use of a car is almost essential and special discounted rental rates are available through the owners.
Distances
Barbados is a small island, just 21 miles north to south and 14 miles east to west so none of Barbados’ numerous attractions is very far away. A 5 min drive takes you to the nearest supermarket, together with other shopping and banks in Holetown.
Further details
Both the west and south coasts are plentifully supplied with excellent restaurants ranging from the up-market ‘The Cliff’ and ‘Restaurant at Southsea’ to value for money waterside dining. Full information regarding restaurants is available in the villa.
