Trevor Honed his culinary skills at The Connaught Hotel, The R.A.C. Club, Pall Mall & The Cipriani in Venice, before moving to Barbados. After leading the Barbados culinary team to success in Puerto Rico, Trevor became "Hospitality consultant" to many Hotels & Restaurants in Barbados, this also includes organizing national culinary competitions on behalf of the Barbados Tourism Authority. In 2003 N. Seventeen Inc. was formed as Trevor Expanded The consultancy department to incorporate Accommodation. Having spent over 30 years in the Hospitality industry, Trevor now manages over 30 address's in Barbados.
