With all year round temperatures in the mid 80 degrees, swaying palm trees and cooling breezes what more could you want. Our villa is set in a tranquil part of the resort, just yards from a beautiful, natural, unspoilt, secluded beach. The villa has a private patio and steps leading down to your private mooring and has stunning views over the water towards the Marina and the "Sleeping Indian" range of hills.

Notes on accommodation
Waterfront location, overlooking the marina. Close to secluded beach. Air con and ceiling fans in all rooms. Car Parking Space. Balcony. Patio. Sun loungers. 24 hour security. Communal Pool. Use of two bicycles at the villa for a nominal charage. On site facilities: Just a few minutes walk from the villa is an 18-hole golf course. There is also a full service marina. In the centre of the resort is the Commercial Centre, there you will find a large supermarket, shops, several restaurants and bars, sports complex, banks, car hire, boat charters, bike and buggy hire, Internet Cafe and much more.
Accessibility
To help you get around the 350 acre resort why not have fun and hire a golf buggy to get around. Golf buggy's are available for hire from the Commercial centre at US$20.00 per day. Alternatively we have two bicycles you can use - for a small additional charge. There is own private driveway to the villa where you can park if you wish to hire a car.
Outside
Surrounding the villa there are stunning views of the marina and the mountains. To the side of the villa there is a tropical garden. From the master bedroom there is a balcony that overlooks the water and the mountains beyond. Here is the perfect spot to take a leisurely breakfast whilst you decide what to do with your day. With steps leading down to the waters edge and your own private mooring the patios are ideal for sunbathing and dining al fresco, sipping cocktails or entertaining friends. You can even fish from your own deck. Patio table and chairs and sun loungers are all supplied for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
Jolly Harbour is surrounded by gorgeous beaches. Our villas are just 2 mins walk from one of Antigua's most natural, beautiful beaches. Here you can watch pelicans diving for fish as you walk on the soft coral sand and swim in the calm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Antigua has 365 beaches. With so many beaches it is common to find one all to yourself.
Golf
Just a few minutes walk from the villa is Jolly Harbour's 18 hole champion golf course. The club includes a clubhouse with pro shop, bar and restaurant, locker room and is open to the general public and visitors on a daily fee basis.

Travel
Antigua (VC Bird) airport is just 30 mins by taxi right to your villa. The fare is approx $30 US dollars for up to 4 people. Hiring a car from the airport is not nessessary as taxis are plentiful. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay there are two car hire companies based in Jolly Harbour.
Distances
It is worth a visit to St Johns the capital of Antigua. Go by local bus to really get a feel for the island and the people. The journey takes about 15 mins and costs around 75 pence -well worth it! Buses run every couple of mins from Jolly harbour. A trip to Barbuda (Antigua's sister island) and home to frigate bird colony is one and half hours by catamaran.

On site facilities: Jolly Harbours' commercial centre is located in the centre of the resort. Here you will find a large swimming pool, sports centre, and Tennis courts. There are a varied selection of restaurants and bars to relax in and to observe the boats coming and going. There is an excellent, well stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, various boutique shops, car rental, boat charters, golf buggy and bicycle hire, bank, internet café, infact everything you could want!
Things to do: whether you seek a quiet, relaxing holiday or something more active we have the perfect answer. Go swimming, sail, take part in dingy racing on Sunday afternoons, water-ski, go fishing, dive, snorkel among the coral reefs, play golf, take a catamaran cruise around the island. Why not take a helicopter ride over Monserratt, visit Antigua's rain forest, go duty free shopping in St Johns, visit Shirley Heights, Falmouth harbour and historical Nelson's Dockyard. We will provide more information on things to do when you book with us. You could do all the above or simply - do nothing at all the choice is yours!
