Our villas are set in a tranquil part of the resort, just yards from a beautiful, natural, unspoilt, secluded beach. Each villa has a private patio and steps leading down to your private mooring. All villas have stunning views over the water towards the Marina and the "Sleeping Indian" range of hills.

Notes on prices
Prices are per villa, per week in UK Pounds.
Rates include all persons up to four person occupancy, all utilities, air-conditioning.
10% discount for stays of three weeks and over. Payment accepted in UK Pounds and US Dollars. 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

On site facilites: Just a few minutes walk from the villa is an 18-hole golf course. There is also a full service marina. In the centre of the resort is the Commercial Centre, there you will find a large supermarket, shops, several restaurants and bars, sports complex, casino and nightclub, bank, car hire, boat charters, bike and buggy hire, Internet Cafe and much more.

Accessibility
To help you get around the 350 acre resort there is a-dial-a-shuttle bus that will take you wherever you want to go. Alternatively why not have fun and hire a golf buggy to get around. Bicycles are available for hire and are an inexpensive alternative. Each villa has its owndrive way if you wish to hire a car.
Outside
Surrounding the villas there are tropical gardens and stunning views of the mountains and marina. From the master bedroom there is a balcony that overlooks the water and the mountains beyond. Here is the perfect spot to take a leaisurely breakfast whilst you decide what to do with your day. All villas have spacious patios with steps which lead down to the waters edge and your own private mooring. The patios are ideal for sunbathing and dining al fresco, sipping cocktails or entertaining friends. You can even fish from your own deck. Patio table and chairs and sun loungers are all supplied for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
Jolly Harbour has two gorgeous beaches. Our villas are just 2 mins walk from one of Antiuga's most natural, beautiful beaches. Here you can watch pelicans diving for fish as you walk on the soft coral sand and swim in the calm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Antigua has 365 beaches. With so many beaches it is common to find one all to yourself. For those who enjoy lively watersports the stunning Jolly Beach is just a few minutes ride on the shuttle bus or golf buggy.
Golf
Just a few minutes walk from the villa is Jolly Harbour's 18 hole champion golf course, designed by Karl Litton, one of Florida's leading golf course architect. The club includes a clubhouse with pro shop, bar and restaurant, locker room and is open to the general public and visitors on a daily fee basis.
Travel
Antigua (VC Bird) airport is just 25 mins by taxi right to your villa. The fare is approx $30 US dollars for up to 4 people. Hiring a car from the airport is not nessessary as taxis are plentiful. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay there are two car hire companies based in Jolly Harbour.
Distances
It is worth a visit to St Johns the capital of Antigua. Go by local bus to really get a feel for the island and the people. The journey takes about 15 mins and cost $1 US dollar - well worth it! Buses run every couple of mins from Jolly harbour. A trip to Barbuda (Antigua's sister island) and home to frigate bird colony is one and half hours by catamaran.

On site facilitates: Jolly Harbours' commercial centre is located in the centre of the resort it is the hub of the resorts activities, day and night. Here you will find a large swimming pool, sports centre, and Tennis courts, A casino and nightclub provides regular live entertainment. There are a varied selection of restaurants and bars to relax in and to observe the boats coming and going. There is an excellent, well stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, various boutique shops, car rental, boat charters, golf buggy and bicycle hire, bank, internet café, infact everything you could want!
Things to do: whether you seek a quiet, relaxing holiday or something more active we have the perfect answer. Go swimming, sail, water-ski, go fishing, dive, snorkel among the coral reefs, play golf, take a catamaran cruise around the island. Why not take a helicopter ride over Monserratt, visit Antigua's rain forest, go duty free shopping in St Johns, visit Shirley Heights, Falmouth harbour and historical Nelsons Dockyard. We will provide more information on things to do when you book with us. You could do all the above or simply - do nothing at all the choice is yours!

A refundable Security deposit of £200.00 is also payable when the final balance is due.
