Built about thirty years ago it is set at the end of South Road one of the premier locations in Sandy Lane.The house provides extremely adaptable accommodation and would be suitable for two families wishing to holiday together. It is also suitable for older citizens and youngsters.Horizons is built around the very large swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall feature. There is no traffic noise and the loudest noise comes from the resident family of monkeys that run through the garden from time to time. the property is accessed from the road via a gated entrance and long private drive. You can walk from the house down to the Sandy Lane beach facility which is available for the exclusive use of Sandy Lane Estate owners and their guests. It is an easy 10 minute stroll.You have the use of comfortable loungers at the beach - just phone up the beach guys half an hour before you depart and they will have everything ready for you.

Bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms in the main house one twin bedroom in the apartment. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TV, intercom and air conditioning. All bedrooms have plentiful wardrobe space. Four of the bedrooms are double vaulted
Bathrooms: Very large en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with jacuzzi, large en-suite bathroom to bedroom 2, en-suite showers to bedrooms 3,4,& 5. large shower room in the apartment.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with new modern appliances.
Utility Room: Laundry room with staff to launder for guests.
Living Rooms: Open plan living room and formal dining room with views of the swimming pool area which provides cool breezes to this part of the house. Then to the outdoor informal seating area overlooking the pool that forms the central focus of the house.
Other: There is a large outdoor informal seating area overlooking the pool with bar, an outside dining area and a media room/library with cable TV, DVD, WiFi and iPod station. There is a fully equipped gym with air-conditioning, fridge and TV.

Three of the bedrooms are downstairs and would therefore be suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The central focus of the house is the very large swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall feature, large fitted BBQ and Bar Plentiful loungers with sunshades. Lush beautiful gardens looking on to the 8th green of the Old Nine.The house is very private tranquil and peaceful.

Coast/Beach
You can walk to the beach in ten minutes. The beach is exclusive and rarely crowded. Soft drinks shower and toilets are available. For those wishing to keep in contact there is wi fi facility. The beach is gently sloping and the water beautifully clear. Check out the photo!

Golf
For golfers the Royal Westmorland, Sandy Lane and Barbados Golf Club courses present world renowned challenges in glorious surroundings. Not got time for 18 holes try the Old Nine course adjacent to Sandy Lane Estate. You can play 9 holes and be back at Horizons in time for breakfast and a dip in the pool.
Tennis courts are available if required.
