Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought Leith Court #1 because it is in a great location. It is 5 minutes from where I grew up and close to family. Worthing beach is a beautiful location and it's wonderful to wake up to morning tea with the view of this beautiful beach. The location is also convenient for shopping, golfing, dining out. In addition several night spots are close enough to be easily accessible while being far enough away not to disturb this peaceful setting.
Unique benefits of the property
While staying at Leith Court #1 it is a treat to walk out of the ground floor patio in the morning into the garden to enjoy a a cuppa in the garden or onto the beach for an early morning stroll. Worthing Beach is truly one of the loveliest beaches on the island with excellent swimming. For those who prefer to have a dip in the pool there is a unique guitar-shaped pool in the garden. Unlike most condos, where you have to walk around form the back of the building, while staying at #1 all you have to do is step out of your patio to enjoy all this.
