Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids, and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa offers four bedroom luxury five star living accommodation.
The villa is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool. The bedrooms open out onto the veranda through double tinted glass sliding doors surrounding the pool. There are king size beds or 8 X-Twin beds in all the bedrooms with an extra two twin beds available upon request. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet and 32 inch LCD televisions offering up to 600 channels of satellite TV.
We also have a studio apartment for rent that can accommodate up to 2 persons (+one or two children). The studio is self-contained and built in an open plan style with a wood finish and a kitchen and bar equipped with imperial range stove. The studio is air-conditioned and overlooks the golf-course and sea.

Sevilla Villa is only ten minutes walk away from a beautiful long sandy beach and the sea. Visitors can relax in the sun or under the shade of the almond trees on lounge chairs on our private residents beach.
Golf
The back gate to Sevilla Villa leads to Runaway Bay Golf and Country Club offering golfers a magnificent 18-hole championship course which measures 6884 yards. The back gate of the villa opens onto the 17th fairway.
Special interest holidays
Runaway Bay is a small, idyllic community near to such famed attractions as Dolphin Cove, Dunn’s River Falls, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens. Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports. Ocho Rios is only 20 minutes away with its lively nightlife, enticing restaurants and markets.

Our cleaners Paulette and Yvette are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our cook is available anytime to cook delicious Jamaican cuisine, or other dishes of your choice. Her name is Monica and she has had more than 15 years experience cooking in luxury villas here in Jamaica. Patrick is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance. Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers. There is also a car available for local shopping, and transportation can be arranged for small and large groups to go on excursions around the island.

About the owner
My name is Clare and I am an anthropologist having worked with nomads in The Middle East, Street children in Ethiopia. I have also travelled extensively throughout the world.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought Sevilla Villa really as an investment in 2005 and it is now a family business run by myself and my three children. Since 2005 we have invested a huge amount of money and time in the property bringing the property up to five star accommodation.
I actually found the property through the internet, and within a couple of weeks I flew to Jamaica to have a look!! I fell in love with the villa and the area and within another two weeks I decided to buy it, and we love it!!
Unique benefits of the property
We are actually in a prime position overlooking the golf course and only five minutes walk from the beach. I love it here as I really keep fit!! I like my neighborhood and have met some very interesting people who also own property here.
Sevilla is quite unique in the way it has been built around the huge pool, and with spectacular views. When visitors come they say it is the best view in Jamaica!!
Runaway Bay is a very nice area for many reasons mainly the most amazing beach!! But also because it is so convenient. You can reach almost anywhere on the island getting there and back in a day.
