Sevilla Villa offers the most magical of all views overlooking Breezes Runaway Bay championship golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Walk through your own back gate and tee off onto the 17th fairway, or take a ten minute walk across the golf course to your own private residents beach. Relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility of a turquoise blue sea and white sands. This beautiful villa is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that has recently been relined and fitted with a new purifying system - so no chlorine folks!! There are four breezy en-suite bedrooms that open out through large glass sliding doors onto the veranda around the pool. We provide 32" flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms with cable TV, and high speed wireless internet service. There is also a 50" flat screen TV in the living room.

Sevilla has a private swimming pool and the only access to the pool is through the villa main front entrance. The pool is a large pool deep enough for diving, one of the largest private pools in Jamaica!!
Coast/Beach
Sevilla Villa is only ten minutes walk away from our own private residents beach, Visitors can relax in the sun or under the shade of the almond trees on lounge chairs.
There is also a restaurant by the beach.
Golf
The back gate to Sevilla Villa leads to Runaway Bay Golf and Country Club offering golfers a magnificent 18-hole championship course which measures 6884 yards. The back gate of the villa opens onto the 17th fairway.
Special interest holidays
Runaway Bay is a small community near Dolphin Cove, Dunn’s River Falls, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens. Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports. Ocho Rios is only 20 minutes away with its lively nightlife, enticing restaurants and markets. There is also a new night club just opened within walking distance to the villa and Beres Hammond, Beenie Man and B angel are just a few of the artists to play there.
Travel
The nearest airport is Montego Bay which is 50 minutes drive away. We can arrange airport transfers for you with our own driver.

Runaway Bay is situated 20 minutes drive from Ocho Rios and 10 minutes from St Ann.

Our cleaners Paulette and Yvette are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our cook is available anytime to cook delicious Jamaican cuisine, or other dishes of your choice. Her name is Monica and she has had more than 15 years experience cooking in luxury villas here in Jamaica. Patrick is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance. Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers.

Once you have decided to go ahead and book, and you have lined up your flight dates, then we send you a booking form with all the details of how you can place your deposit (20% of the total amount due - this amount is non-refundable) your final payment will not be due then until one month prior to your arrival date

About the owner
My name is Clare and I am an anthropologist having worked with nomads in The Middle East, Street children in Ethiopia. I have also travelled extensively throughout the world.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought Sevilla Villa really as an investment in 2005 and it is now a family business run by myself and my three children. Since 2005 we have invested a huge amount of money and time in the property bringing the property up to five star accommodation.
I actually found the property through the internet, and within a couple of weeks I flew to Jamaica to have a look!! I fell in love with the villa and the area and within another two weeks I decided to buy it, and we love it!!
Unique benefits of the property
We are actually in a prime position overlooking the golf course and only five minutes walk from the beach. I love it here as I really keep fit!! I like my neighborhood and have met some very interesting people who also own property here.
Sevilla is quite unique in the way it has been built around the huge pool, and with spectacular views. When visitors come they say it is the best view in Jamaica!!
Runaway Bay is a very nice area for many reasons mainly the most amazing beach!! But also because it is so convenient. You can reach almost anywhere on the island getting there and back in a day.
