The Harbour is made up of 25 privately owned villas of which approximately 10 are rented out long and short term. The remainder of the units are unoccupied most of the year due to the fact that the owners live abroad and do not all visit at the same time. As a result the grounds and pool is never crowded and there are always plenty of docks available for mooring a yacht. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. There is a communal swimming pool and 2 heated jacuzzis.

The secure gated community makes the harbour very safe for children and anyone wanting peace of mind while relaxing on holiday.
Accessibility
One 2 and 3 bedroom villa is ground floor only with disability rails fitted in the bathrooms and guest toilet and a ramp for wheelchair access.
Outside
The pool and outside heated jacuzzi is shared. Some villas have a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. The tropical grounds are immaculately kept and is very lush with flowers, shrubs and lawns. All villas have a patio.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Reduit Beach is only 3 minutes walk away. The Rodney Bay marina waterfront is right on your doorstep.
Golf
St Lucia Golf club is 6 minutes drive away.
Travel
Hewannora airport is 1¼ hour drive away. Vigie airport is 15 mins drive away.
Distances
The capital city Castries is 15 minutes drive away.

Rodney Bay shopping mall (54 shops) is 2 minutes walk away. The mall has a supermarket, post office, bank, chemist etc. There are over 25 restaurants, all within walking distance.

Rodney Bay is one of the most well developed parts of St Lucia with excellent amenities. Buying property at the Harbour development allows me to provides an ideal holiday experience to the person who wants to be in a tropical environment whilst being a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.

The biggest benefit when staying at the Harbour is the short distances to all the local amenities. The surprising benefit is the quietness and tranquility, despite being fairly close to the shops and beach. Due to the secure gated community of the Harbour and facing the marina water on one side you can easily fill as if you have the whole island to yourself.
