Located on the West Coast of Barbados the villa is set in lush tropical gardens with four different types of mango trees and overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. The famous 'Mullins Beach' is a two minute walk. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The bedroom is fully air-conditioned with a ceiling fan. The villa can accommodate two adults plus a child/baby. Cot or roll up bed available. The villa comes with a spacious indoor and outdoor dining area. Internet access available. The complex is secured by CCTV and runs a concierge/reception service 5 days a week to assist with excursions and boat trips. A full laundry/maid service is available along with babysitting services. Children and families are most welcome.

Kings Beach Village is an oasis on the west coast of Barbados. The 30 metre pool is the centre piece - a real gem! The chattel style villas are well equipped and nicely decorated. The owner, Martin Richards, lives on site and takes great pride in attending to his guests and the upkeep of the 'village'. We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the many attractions Barbados has to offer.

About the owner
I am the original builder and developer of the Kings Beach Village.
My idea was to build and create a beautiful but private holiday village in lush tropical gardens with the centre piece being a stunning pool.
The village was completed in 2003/4 and I have retained a number of the villas which I rent out via Owners Direct.
I have a small but friendly staff of 5 who take care of the Reception office - where excursions & car hire can be arranged, a maid who looks after the changing of laundry, our two gardeners and the Barman Jamaal.
I want to ensure that you have the most relaxing holiday possible. If you are looking for a great value for money self catering holiday, then look no further as the Kings Beach Village is truly a small piece of paradise.
