Villa Cleopatra is a large 2 storey detached building. On the ground floor we have the Studio and 2 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment is on the top floor. The swimming pool is at the front of the building which is very well secluded due to the elevation. The laundry room and guests services are at the back of the building. Wedding Groups: Villa Cleopatra is ideal for small to medium size wedding groups. Both the ceremony and reception for guests up to 70 in number can be held at the villa, saving you the cost of hiring out separate premises. We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom apartment increasing the bed count to a maximum of 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighboring villas a short walk away.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have ceiling fans and the bedrooms additionally have air conditioning. All apartments have balconies facing the pool and Caribbean Sea.
Accessibility
If stairs are an issue the studio and 2-bed apartment may be suitable as they are both at ground floor level.
Outside
There is a freshwater, non-chlorinated pool. A salt electronic system is used to purify the pool. The pool is 24 ft long, depth is 3ft at the shallow end and 5ft at the deep end. Sun loungers are available on the pool deck. There is a coal fire B-B-Q available.
Coast/Beach
The best beach in St Lucia, the Reduit Beach, is only 8 minutes walk away. The beach is 1 mile long of golden sand with excellent facilities such as lounges, water-sports and restaurants.
Golf
The nearest and only public golf course (St Lucia Golf Club) is 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
We are located 15 mins from the northern airport (George F.L. Charles) and 1hr 15 min from the southern airport (Hewanorra).
A rented car is not essential as most amenities are a short walk away. A car is only required for touring as a preference to taking a taxi.
Distances
We are 400 yards from the beach, 15 minutes drive from the city of Castries and 30 minutes drive from Marigot Bay.

St Lucian born, grew up and spent most of my working life in the UK. Now returned to St Lucia to develop a villa rental business which caters for those looking for a piece of paradise at an affordable price.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Being a well travelled person, I wanted a location which holiday maker would find both convenient and attractive, while offering spectacular sea-views.
Villa Cleopatra is located 5 minutes walk from most of the shops and restaurants in the Rodney Bay area. The local Reduit Beach (regarded as the most beautiful in St Lucia) is only 8 minutes walk away.
The route to the beach is via all the shops and restaurants and is a very pleasant walk. There are over 30 restaurants and 3 shopping malls, all within walking distance.
Villa Cleopatra is a detached building, located in a quiet side road (Marina View Rd) at the bottom of a hill called Rodney Heights, which provides the marina and Caribbean sea views and much privacy as the neighbouring lots on all 4 sides are empty.

The whole villa (6 bedrooms) is ideal for large families or small to medium size groups, providing luxury but cost effective accommodation in the heart of Rodney Bay.
At the back and side of the villa we have a lush garden, where you can enjoy whichever tropical fruits that are in season.
