A gate leads directly from the garden to an extensive free-form pool with waterfall feature, the largest of two pools that Mullins View shares exclusively with 7 other townhouses. Mullins View is one of only four that fronts onto the largest pool. The home is finished to a high standard with luxury kitchens, travertine floors, and ‘walk in’ wetroom showers to each bathroom. With rental of Mullins View, comes free membership to The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located immediately opposite on Mullins Beach. This entitles all guests to free luxury beach beds, free towels, and waiter service from the beach bar/restaurant. All guests will be able to use the on-site spa as well as having access to its pool and air-conditioned gym. 24-hour security, housemaid and cook provided.

Accessibility
Accommodation set over ground and two upper floors. Access to rear garden from patio area is via 5 steps so not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Covered living/dining area leads to small garden area which links directly to the large free-form heated pool. Please see photo's to fully appreciate the size and waterfall feature. Only 4 houses open onto this pool. There are two pools shared between 8 housed, and access is also included to the Royal Westmoreland Beach club and Spa + pool located on site.

Please see attached photo's. Development lies directly opposite Mullins Beach, less than 2 minute walk from house. 30 secs to the beach from the spa facility.

Bridgetown Airport lies to the South of the Island, circa 45 minute drive.

Restaurant on the beach serves simple bar snacks, including children's menu during the day, and a la carte dining in the evening. The island truly has a wealth of restaurants ranging from low end to fine dining such as Daphne's and The Cliff.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Having had several excellent family holidays in Barbados spread over the last 13 years, along the Platinum coast, and inland we realised that time after time we were returning to the lovelly Mullins Beach.
It was this personal experience gained over numerous trips and over many years that convinced us that Mullins Bay was the right place for us. Since 2007 we have stayed in the property for over 10 weeks in total. This summer we stayed 4 weeks through July and August, and surprisingly found it very hard to leave! Its the sort of place that you relax into very quickly, and the island allows you to do as little or as much as you like.
