Only a 2 minute walk away is Jolly beach, a stunning mile long white sandy beach complete with Castaways beach bar/restaurant and all water sports amenities. The villa is also only a 3 minute walk away from a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, various shops, bars and restaurants,pharmacy, bank, supermarket, taxi rank and chandlery all situated on the marina. Car and golf buggy hire are also available within walking distance as is an 18 hole golf course, bar and gym.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Monica has air conditioning to all bedrooms and large ceiling fans in all rooms. It is suitable for children but not toddlers as the property is situated on the water. All rooms have plenty of storage space and are complete with beach towels, clothes hangers, bathroom towels and linen. A programmable safe is available for your convenience in the second bedroom. It has mosquito nets to windows throughout the villa and hurricane shutters to each door and window. There is parking for 2 vehicles and a 110V electric and 220V outlet. Please note that Villa Monica is a non smoking villa.
Outside
Through the patio doors you will find a deck well stocked with pots of bougainvillea and palm trees. Hummingbirds are regular visitors here. There is an outdoor bar and barbeque and various seating areas throughout the deck to allow for alfresco dining either in the sun or if preferred in the shade under the gazebo. We also have sun loungers for you to get that superb tan and a deck shower for cooling off.
Coast/Beach
Antigua has 365 beaches- one for every day of the year and so you will find a beach within a 2 minute walking distance or a deserted beach off the beaten track anywhere on the island
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course within walking distance of Villa Monica
Travel
The airport is a 20 minute drive away from Jolly Harbour and it is the same distance to the port of St Johns. Car hire is available within walking distance but is not always necessary as taxis and buses are there for your use.
Further details
Taxis are readily available from the airport and you will be met at the villa by our manager to hand over the keys and show you around.A welcome pack can be arranged if needed as can a holiday rep to explain the local amenities and to talk over any trips which you may like to do.
Booking notes
Due to the current economic climate the villa rental price has been lowered for the coming year. A deposit of 20% must be made to secure the villa, with the remaining money being transferrred 6 weeks before the holiday or in us dollars cash on arrival. We do not ask for any security deposits but trust that you will replace any damages.
