Notes on accommodation
There is a 'plunge pool' belonging to the condo below which with permission could be used and is suitable for small children. The Hilton Hotel has a superb pool right by the beach only minutes away.
Outside
Dining table and chairs on the balcony, plus 2 loungers by the jacuzzi, overlooking the 5th green and manicured gardens.
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to beach or 1 minute by car.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses in Tobago. The Tobago Plantations course is a championship course which hosts the Caribbean Seniors Open, and is challenging but playable by all levels. English pro, lovely clubhouse serving good food. The condo overlooks the 5th green so is very close to the clubhouse, which is all part of the Tobago Plantations Development.
Travel
10 minutes from Tobago International airport, flights direct from Gatwick with Virgin or BA or Golden Caribbean Airways. Car hire is recommended, lots of choice near the airport.
Further details
Tobago offers wonderful water sports, golf, walking. A rain forest which is truly the un-spoiled Caribbean. The people are friendly and the Island feels very safe.
