It is an ideal place for a family holiday, couples trying to get away for a break, a honeymoon, or just friends seeking a good time. It is away from the busiest tourist spots and within a short distance from beautiful beaches, the breathtaking coasts, scenic views and convenient facilities on the beautiful island of Tobago. It has been said by many that Tobago is paradise on earth.

Changeover day
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12noon. For international travellers we provide complimentary airport transfers and will arrange to meet and greet you at the airport, or we can arrange for you to collect a rented vehicle from the airport.

Accessibility
Bougain-villa is a single storey villa with only one step up to the house from the driveway. All floors inside the villa are level. All bedrooms and living areas are spacious. There are a number of steps from the veranda area onto the pool deck, but the pool deck can be accessed using the main entrance.
Outside
The private pool illuminates for evening swimming and from the veranda you can relax and listen to the sound of the waves lapping up the ocean, observe the birds flying overhead or watch the sun going down.
Poolside there are lounge seats for relaxing, and table and chairs for enjoying a delicious meal.
There are also a number of trees bearing tropical fruit for you to eat and enjoy.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach called Minster Bay is less than 5 minutes walk away. Tobago is only 8 miles by 27 miles so wherever you go on the island you are always only a few minutes away from one of the island's many breathtakingly beautiful beaches.
Golf
The Mount Irvine Golf course is 30 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
Tobago Jazz Festival is held annually in April
Tobago Heritage Festival is held in July/August each year.
Travel
Crown Point International airport is 20 minutes drive away and the Ferry port is only 5 minutes drive away.
We strongly recommend that you hire a vehicle for the duration of your holiday.
Distances
The capital Scarborough is 5 minutes drive away. There are many historical sites and scenic places of interest all within 30 minutes of the villa.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit fee is due at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the returned form and deposit. Payments can be made via a bank transfer, cheque, postal order.
Bookings can be done using either the web, telephone, or direct email. You will be required to remit a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee to confirm the reservation.
