Accommodations are ideal for families, couples, and friends traveling together. All of our beautiful seaside apartments feature air-conditioning throughout. Security on duty 6pm - 6pm.

Outdoor loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Seaside pool is shared only by guests in the 17 condominiums in our building. Expert and responsive management on site. Outdoor balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Sunbathe around our pool or on our private jetty and swim & snorkel in the beautiful aqua Caribbean Sea from our small beach.

Coast/Beach
Steps to St Lawrence Beach (directly behind the St Lawrence Beach Condominium building). 5-10 minute walk to Dover and Sandy beaches, both large beaches offering numerous beach activities. Two large beaches a short stroll away. No car rental required for a memorable Barbados holiday.

Golf
Two local golf courses (Rockley and Barbados Golf Club) a short drive away.

Special interest holidays
o Book a catamaran cruise while you're on holiday; snorkelling with our giant sea turtles is a highlight activity. o Go to Oistins famous Friday night Fish Fry. o Also ... walk our beautiful new seaside boardwalk.

Lots to do or do nothing at all, your choice. Note: Our carnival season ‘Crop Over’ late July/early August books early as does the Christmas holiday season.

Travel
Grantley Adams international airport is a 15-minute ($16US cab ride from us).

Distances
St Lawrence Gap is on the south coast of Barbados where restaurants are plentiful, little shops fun to browse, and white sandy beaches and aqua sea water will take your breath away. A grocery is a 3 minute walk down the Gap. ATMs and a bank are also about 3 minutes walk.

Further details
If you wish to explore the island - which is lots of fun and desire a rental car. The car companies will all deliver the car to you at your condo/apartment.

Booking notes
$200 deposit required to secure a reservation. Rental payment itself is due in two halves, 3 and 2 months ahead of arrival.

About the owner
I'm an American married to a Barbadian gentleman. We live in the lovely St Lawrence Beach Condominiums where we own two apartments - one we live in and the other I rent out. In addition, I represent other owners' vacation rental properties as well. This jr penthouse is one I'm proud to represent because it offers exceptional value, stunning Caribbean Sea views, a seaside location on the south coast of the island, and amenities and comfort to truly make it a home away from home for our island visitors.
