Steps away from the beachside boardwalk that now runs along our south coast from Accra Beach to Hastings. This Browns unit is located on the third floor of the Brown’s complex which has a large pool and deck area, gym and covered gazebo with large gas barbecue and comfortable furniture ideal for lounging out of the sun. This complex also boasts a business centre which is accessible to all guests with computer, internet etc. There is also an elevator and ample parking.

Notes on accommodation
This is a third floor apartment with views. Accessed by elevator. The Juliet balcony is safe for children. There is a lot of safe space outside by the pool. There is a large car park secured by electronic gates.

Fodor's 'Caribbean 2006' travel guide says of Barbados. Golfer’s can choose from among some of the best championship courses in the Caribbean.' Sunny weather all year round makes Barbados an ideal location for golf and the perfect vacation spot for golfers and 'would-be' golfers! The glorious weather conditions are complemented by world-class golf courses and facilities. Most golf clubs offer professional instruction. Closest to Brownes is the Barbados Golf Club which is located at Durants in Christ Church (less then 1 mile from the apartment). The 18 hole golf course features two ‘Returning Nines’ which finish into a expansive and unique triple green that wrap seamlessly around a lake. The 6,805 yard par 72 links style golf course features gently rolling hills and wide open fairways. Other golf courses on the island include the famous Sandy Lane golf course and the Royal Westmoreland (approx 7 miles).
Travel
The Grantley Adams International airport is only 15-20 minutes by car. Taxis are available (approx £5-7).
Distances
Located on the south coast of Barbados, Brownes offers you an unforgettable vacation! The property is 2 minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Oistins, a fishing village about 10 mins drive, is renowned for its Friday night Fish Fry, where you can purchase local fish fried over traditional coal pots.
Further details
Brownes is a short drive/bus journey from the popular St. Lawrence Gap where some of Barbados' best entertainment, nightclubs and restaurants are based. It is also close to (about 5 minutes by car) supermarkets, banks, mini golf, 18 hole golf course (Barbados Golf Club) and Ocean Park and within reach of many other sightseeing places. For a truly Bajan experience use the local transport (called ZRs) to travel along the south coast - cost only 1.50Bds$ (approx 50p).

A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be taken to secure a booking. Balance payment will be due 5 weeks before arrival and if last minute booking on arrival. In the event of a booking cancellation penalties are: 5 weeks total price refundable, 4 weeks 20% of total price refundable, less: no refund due.
