"Bajan Sunset" 35 Forest Hills is a luxury 2 bedroom villa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and views to the west coast and the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a housekeeper who works 5 days a week (Mon to Fri). The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with the upper floor being open plan with well equipped kitchen, dining area and living space all of which open onto a large partially covered terrace with Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. The terrace has views of the west coast. The ground floor has 2 fully air conditioned bedrooms both with en suite facilities and there is also a further powder room. All linen and pool towels are provided.

Changeover day
Changeover is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with superking bed and large sitting area. (Fold away beds or travel cots can be provided on request) Bedroom 2 with twin beds. These can be made up as a superking bed if required. |
| Bathrooms: | En suite to master bedroom has twin sinks, shower, bath and toilet. En suite to bedroom 2 has twin sinks, shower and toilet. Powder room has sink and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is equipped with American style fridge/freezer with built-in ice machine, microwave oven, 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine and grinder, mixer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located by the powder room. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge and dining room both accommodate 6 people. Also provided are TV, DVD player, telephone, iPod docking station and CD player with radio. |
| Other: | The terrace open out from the living area and has a Weber gas barbecue, teak armchairs and table and also a glass topped table and dining chairs. There is also a parasol. Outside both bedrooms are further tables and chairs. |

Royal Westmoreland is a secure and gated resort. The villa has car park space for 2 vehicles. On site are a world famous 18 hole golf course, Club House, Tennis courts (lessons available at additional cost), state of the art air conditioned gym, Forest Hills swimming pool (for guests of Forest Hills villas only), Sanctuary pool with snack bar and children's club (during school holidays). A recent acquisition which guests can make full use of is the Beach Club at Mullins Bay. This is a short drive away (shuttle bus provided in high season) and provides changing facilities and showers, luxury beach beds with umbrellas, towels, sun deck, and beach bar service. Mullins also is home of the Indulgence Spa (treatments at additional charge)
Coast/Beach
The beach is less than a 5 minute drive away and Mullins beach club is a 10 minute drive. At the beach club, towels and loungers are provided exclusively for Royal Westmoreland guests and showers and changing facilities are also available.
Travel
Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes drive away.
Distances
Barbados is a small island being only 14 miles by 21 miles. Holetown is the nearest town being 2 miles away and here you will find a large supermarket, banks, duty free shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. All of the islands main attractions are within a 40 minute drive.

About the owner
My husband and I live and work in Central London. We visited Barbados for the first time in 2002 for our first wedding anniversary, having spent many holidays in the Caribbean previously. We both fell in love with the island, its friendly people and beautiful climate. After several more visits from 2003 to 2007 we decided to take the plunge and buy a home there which we will hopefully one day retire to. My husband Duncan is a huge cricket fan and I am slowly being converted, especially after we were lucky enough to see England win the World T20 at the Kensington Oval in 2010!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the location of the resort as it is close to the West Coast beaches and restaurants. It was important for us to buy a home which felt secure and Royal Westmoreland fit the bill perfectly, its 24/7 security giving us peace of mind from miles away. We also enjoy the myriad of facilities and for sports lovers there is always something to do be it a workout in the gym, tennis, swimming, running, golf etc. The beach club at Mullins is a great place to spend the day with free loungers, showers and changing facilities for Royal Westmoreland guests.
Unique benefits of the property
Our villa is one of 34 within Forest Hills community. These villas share the Forest Hills communal pool. Our villa is the only detached one on the road and since we bought it 3 years ago, we have tried to make it feel like home by taking out a good book collection, buying a new large plasma tv (to keep in touch with the Premiership and also for the cricket!) and a Weber gas barbecue.
