This elegant Georgian style villa is located on the west coast side of Barbados. The property benefits from views of the Caribbean Sea from the upper floor, a swimming pool, gardens and a patio. Accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of a large open plan area with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area and lounge. Two large French doors open onto the covered patio and gardens. There is a laundry room and a downstairs WC. The first floor comprises of one large en-suite bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed. A second double bedroom. A third twin bedroom. Family bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. A few minutes drive or bus ride from the beautiful beaches of Paynes Bay or 15 minutes walk. The pretty village of Holetown with its shops, bars, restaurants, banks and supermarket is only minutes drive.

Notes on prices
Prices are quoted per week in UK sterling or equivalent at current exchange rate in US Dollars. Extra days will be charged pro rata. Discount can be offered for long term bookings. 25% deposit is required on all bookings. GBP £150 or equivalent in other currency, refundable fund is charged with balance. Balance to be payed not late than 4 weeks prior to departure by banking transfer.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but normally time of departure is 10am and arrival 3pm (depending on timings of next guests).

Coast/Beach
The nearest shops are in Holetown (5 mins drive) there are buses to the coast and shops but a car is amost essential.
Discounted car hire can be arranged.The nearest beach is Paynes Bay at 4 mins drive or 15 mins walk down the hill.
Golf
Sandy Lane golf course 5 mins. Royal Westmoreland Resort - 10 mins. Barbados Golf Course - Durants 20-25 mins.
Special interest holidays
The Villa is located very conveniently to visit some of the major attractions in Barbados.Harrisons Caves, a must for adult and children is only 25 mins. drive. Folkestone marine park is 8 min. drive. The wildlife park, 20 mins drive. Speighstown is a pretty and very caribbean fishing village it's approx. 20 mins drive along the beautiful west coast road. At three minutes walk from the house there is the Barbados polo club and the open air Theater were concerts are often played.
Travel
Grantley Adams airport is approx35/40 mins drive, taxi ride cost approx $20 US or $40 Barbados.
