Ffryes Villa was completed in 2007 and is situated within a small exclusive development. Heavenly tranquil beaches, boutique shops, bars, several restaurants, 18 hole golf course, various leisure pursuits along with excursions are all within strolling distance. The capital city, St John's, and English Harbour are both an easy 15 minute drive. The villa is designed for alfresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, creating an ambiguous edge between the inside and outside - so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back doors of the living areas and from the hall connecting the bedrooms with the pool deck can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning are fitted in all rooms and high speed internet connection is available.

The minimum booking over the Christmas period is 2 weeks.
Changeover day
Changeover days and arrival times are flexible as long as we are informed well in advance of arrival. Departure is by 10am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The villa benefits from two double and one twin bedroom all with en-suite shower/bathrooms. |
| Bathrooms: | 3 en-suite bathrooms all with showers. 1 wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen which is part of the open-plan living area is spacious and has patio doors leading onto the covered verandas. It is very well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, along with usual utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The living and dining areas are open-plan making it and ideal area for family groups. There are two sofas, TV, DVD player, iPod dock, along with a dining table which seats 6 which gives the space a relaxed ambiance. |

Accessibility
There are 8 steps up to the lower terrace and then a further 2 to the higher terrace. Unfortunately, it would not be suitable for wheelchair users because of the stairs. There are also no hand rails in the bathrooms.
Outside
Ffryes has a veranda which surrounds the property. This is covered and has outdoor tables and sofas suitable for alfresco dining or relaxing. The lower open terrace has 28 x 15 ft pool surrounded with sun loungers. The garden has a lawned area with young fruit trees and shrubs and is fenced.
Coast/Beach
If is is water sports you are interested in Jolly Beach which has a beach bar is an easy 10 minutes stroll. Alternatively, if you prefer a quieter setting then Valley Church Beach (also has a small beach bar) is also close by. The famous Darkwood Beach is a 5 minute drive.
Golf
Jolly Harbour has a 18 hole golf course which is a 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive.
Travel
The only airport in Antigua is V.C Bird just outside St Johns. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to drive to Ffryes. Taxis are easily available. Car hire is not essential for beaches, restaurants or shops but it would be shame not to explore further afield. The local car hire company located in Valley Church will bring a car to Ffryes if required. Boat trips around Antigua and across to Barbuda leave from Jolly Harbour. You can also hire your own boat from here.
Distances
The capital of Antigua, St Johns is a 20 minute drive. All places of interest are within a 30-40 minute drive.
Further details
Jolly Harbour a 5 minute walk has restaurants, a bank, large supermarket, boutique shops, internet cafe and leisure activities.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking with full payment being due 60 days prior to arrival.
