Elegantly furnished and luxuriously appointed, Breezes is situated in the quiet Forest Hills area of this exclusive, gated resort with its wonderful sporting facilities and beautifully kept tropical gardens. The house has a very large and airy open plan marble floored upstairs living room leading on to a large fully covered terrace perfect for outdoor living and dining, with superb views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The 3 spacious bedrooms are air conditioned and have en suite facilities, two being downstairs in the main house and one in a separate cottage set within the enclosed private front courtyard garden. The house is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, stereo, wireless broadband, barbecue, hairdryers and all linen and towels, and there is a full time housekeeper. The large shared swimming pool for Forest Hills use only, is a 1 minute walk through the beautiful gardens. Beaches, shopping facilities, and restaurants and bars are all less than 5 minutes drive away.

Notes on prices
Prices are in UK Pounds for 2 bedroom use per week and include VAT and all other charges. No extra charges. For 3 bedroom use add £350 for the low season, £500 for mid season, and £600 for peak season.
Part weeks will be considered and will be charged pro rata. Special rates are available for periods of 3 weeks or more, and sometimes for last minute bookings or small parties. Please enquire for further details.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible, as is the rental period. We try to fit in with your requirements.

| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer are located downstairs near the cloakroom. You may use them but the housekeeper will do all your laundry. |
| Living Rooms: | The very large and airy open plan living room has a dining table, two separate sofas and seating areas, occasional tables, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD, music centre, telephone and wireless internet. |
| Other: | The large marble floored fully covered terrace leads off the living room, and provides sofas and chairs as well as another dining table. Outdoor living all year round. Wonderful views of the tropical gardens and over the lake to the Caribbean Sea. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The housekeeper is available 5 to 6 days a week and will take care of guests laundry as well as normal household cleaning duties. Sheets and towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. She can be available for babysitting. |

Outside
The house is set in beautifully kept tropical gardens in a quiet part of the Royal Westmoreland community which is gated and secure. Terraces lead out to the garden from every bedroom, and the front courtyard garden contains the barbecue and a table & chairs with large sun umbrella. The nearest pool is a short walk across the lawn from the house, and there is another pool 5 minutes walk away at the Sanctuary where there is also a fully equipped and air conditioned gym, and a snack bar. The Club House with bar and eating facilities is also 5 minutes walk, although buggies can be hired for use within the resort during your stay if you wish. There are flood lit tennis courts available and wonderful golf on the stunning and challenging course. Special rates are available for renters.
Coast/Beach
Many of the west coast's beautiful beaches are a short drive away from the villa. The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is at Mullins, a 5-10 minutes drive away, and is exclusively for the use of Royal Westmoreland owners and renters. There you will find reserved parking, luxury sunloungers and towels, an exclusive sun deck, private shower and toilet, and safe swimming. There are concessionary rates at the beach bar & restaurant too. A free shuttle bus service operates in the high season.
Golf
Royal Westmoreland's golf course is an 18 hole world-class championship course, challenging and beautiful in it's tropical setting with lovely sea views from most holes. Villa renters have concessionary rates. The club house with views over the course to the sea beyond, contains a bar and restaurant, as well as a pro shop with golfing equipment and clothing. Barbados Golf Club and Sandy Lane courses are nearby.
Travel
Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40 minutes drive from Royal Westmoreland. Car rental is highly recommended, and can be arranged for collection from the airport or for delivery to the house.
Distances
Holetown where you will find supermarket, banks, shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The island is small, only 21 miles by 14 miles, so almost everywhere you might want to visit is less than 40 minutes drive, and most are much closer. Taxis can be arranged through the security gate to take you to restaurants or elsewhere on the island if you prefer not to drive.
Further details
The island is famous for it's unbeatable hospitality and excellent choice of restaurants ranging from low-key beach bars to extremely expensive world renowned establishments such as The Cliff. You will be able to try cuisine from many different parts of the world, but wherever you decide on you will need to book in high season. There are guide books and tourist information at the Villa to help you choose what to see and do. The island has an interesting history and topography which you can explore easily and there are beautiful specialist tropical gardens to visit.
Booking notes
Bookings should be made direct with the owners. An initial deposit of 25% will be taken, with the full balance due 8 weeks before the rental date. Discounted rates may be available for small parties or extended rental periods. Airport transfers and car hire can be discussed at the time of booking, and arrangements for meeting guests will be handled by our local agent.
