Superb modernised 1 bedroom villa sleeps up to 4. Fully air conditioned. Private pool (10x8ft) with stunning views across the marina and surrounding hillside. Located in the secure resort of Jolly Harbour which boasts the best beach on the island. The villa contains all modern appliances including WIFI with a complete refurbishment in 2008. Patio doors leading out to fully decked south facing garden with pool sunbeds and BBQ and table and chairs under a shaded pagoda for outside dining! A small garage and drive way.

Bedrooms: Bedroom with king size bed, built -in wardrobe, en-suite, balcony front and sun terrace to the rear with loungers overlooking the pool area.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with large shower, sink and WC, fully tiled.
Kitchen: Brand new kitchen (2008) fully equipped with full size oven / hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, large washing machine, fully equipped with all kitchen equipment.
Living Rooms: In the lounge you will find 2 cream leather sofa and a double sofa bed also a table and 4 chairs, there is a flat screen TV,Wifi, DVD, iPod docking station, selection of CDs and DVDs, music system for CD/radio. All furnished to a high standard.
Other: The garage has two bicycles for your personal use.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa has plenty of bedding and towels for your use, also has a selection of beach towels. Maid service is once a week, however this can be arranged more frequently and payable locally at minimal cost.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning both in the bedroom and also downstairs. The villa is suitable for children but the children need to be supervised due to the pool.

Accessibility
The villa has not been adapted for wheelchair use.

Outside
The villa has its own private pool 10x8ft, with sun loungers BBQ, table and chairs and a covered pagoda for shade. Retractable washing line and pegs.

Coast/Beach
The main Jolly harbour beach is a mile long and has a beach bar/restaurant and is probably the best beach on the island, there are sun beds available also water sports can be found on this beach. The beach is 5-10 minute walk or 2 minutes in a golf buggy. There is also a beach situated on the north finger which is very secluded this is 15 mins walk or 5 minutes in a buggy. There are lots of lovely beaches all over the island just a short drive away.

Golf
Jolly harbour has its own pay and play 18 hole golf course only 5 minutes from. the villa. The hire of golf buggies and clubs are available.

Travel
The VC Bird International airport is 30 minutes drive away with flights daily from the UK. The capital St Johns is 20 minutes drive and is the major port on the island.

Distances
The town of English Harbour is 45 minutes drive and boasts historical Nelsons dockyard and museum. Also you can visit Shirley heights for fantastic view of English harbour and on a Sunday join in the famous bar-b-que and dancing evening.

Further details
Within the complex of Jolly harbour there is a bank with ATM machine, also a well equipped supermarket, pharmacy and gift Shops. There is also several good quality restaurants and bars. Also on the site is a large 25m swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts.

You can also find car/boat/scooter/golf buggy hire. The golf buggies are generally used as a fun way to get around the complex i.e to the beach/shops and evening entertainment.

There are plenty of companies for you to book local excursions for around Antigua or to neighbouring island e.g. the volcanic island of Monserrat and also beautiful Barbuda.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with a £200.00 breakage deposit due when your final payment is made 8 weeks before departure. The breakage deposit will be returned to you 14 days after you return. You can make any credit card payments via pay pal or by cheque. The price is based on two adults any extra adults £50ppw.

Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 100% of rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 100% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
