A large, cool and secure apartment on the first floor of a small block of only 4 units. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. There is a large lounge/dining room and the apartment opens fully onto a double balcony with soft seating and gas barbecue, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom in the hallway. Electronic safe. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, Icemaker, Microwave, oven, hob, Dishwasher and small appliances. Private car park. There is a full-time gardener and a maid who looks after the 4 units. Maid service can be arranged to suit. Laundry facilities with dryer are in a separate building. Mullins Beach is a 4 minute walk down the road. Shopping facilities in nearby Speightstown or Holetown. Casablanca is not suitable for small children because the pool is unattended and does not have a shallow end. Children should be 5 years or older and should be able to swim.

We can offer Collection from and Return to the AIRPORT at the fixed price of £ 60.00 (max 4 pax and luggage) or £ 70.00 if a Supermarket Stop on Collection is required We use a large Ford 'Flex' and the Driver knows the Apartment.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has a living area of 1550sq.ft (approx 150sq.m). It's first floor location ensures a permanent gentle breeze. The floor is quarry-tiled and the furniture is comfortable and child-proof. Children should be at least 5 years old and must be able to swim.

Large balcony overlooking garden and swimming pool, soft seating, private barbecue on balcony. Garden and pool (approx 30ft long for use by 4 apartments only), loungers and chairs. Communal Barbecue in Garden. Separate laundry building with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
Coast/Beach
Mullins is on the beautiful West Coast in St Peter north of Holetown and just south of Speightstown. The apartment is in a small development of only 4 units, located approx. 300 meters from Mullins Beach in a quiet cul-de-sac with mainly residential houses. Mullins Beach is one of the nicest small beaches on the west coast and has a famous beach bar and restaurant. It connects to Gibbs Beach, which is secluded and quieter than the other beaches.
Golf
Golf courses close by are: Royal Westmoreland - 18 holes par 72, Sandy Lane - two 18 hole courses and one 9 hole course, the Barbados Golf Club - 18 holes par 72 and various other smaller courses.
Travel
Direct flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester.

We are particularly grateful to you for the organisation and careful thought that you had obviously put into everything - from "tip for the porter" and fridge provisions (Banks beer was most appreciated after a long journey!), flowers in the apartment, and all the various instructions and information available. The apartment was fabulous. Very relaxing, and spacious enough that even adults with teenage kids could live in perfect harmony, given we were thrown together for 2 weeks!!
