SilverDollar 1 and 2 are two newly constructed and well appointed apartments on the ground floor. The property is fully landscaped and enclosed. They are across the street from Heywoods beach and like all of the west coast beaches enjoys calm waters and golden sands. There is a small executive golf course right on the beach. The beach is nestled between the two exclusive resorts of the Almond Beach Club and Port St. Charles. Each apartment features air-conditioned bedrooms with queen sized beds; a well appointed, fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fans. Dining is bar style. The lounge area opens out on to a covered patio where you can relax on large swivel and rocker chairs. In apartment one there is a spa shower. Floors are fully tiled with parquet only in one bedroom.

Outside
Covered patio with rockers. Manicured lawns and hedging with a flowering garden. There is a driveway for parking.
Coast/Beach
Heywoods beach, located across the street from the apartment, is like all of the west coast beaches enjoys calm waters and golden sand. This beach is nestled between the two exclusive resorts of the Almond Beach Club and Port St. Charles. Watch super-yachts arrive at Port St. Charles marina. Walk 5 minutes to the jetty and watch the locals fish.
Golf
Almond Beach Club has a small golf course and it is across the street from the apartment. Sandy Lane golf courses (where Tiger Woods got married) is 10 minutes by bus or car. Westmoreland is about 7 minutes.
Skiing
The local beach across the street has a variety of water sports including: jet skiing, snorkeling, sailing, diving, going out in glass bottom boats to the coral reefs.
Travel
Grantley Adams Airport is 45 minutes away by bus or taxi. A hire car can be easily arranged and is recommended to enjoy the full benefit of the island. However, because the apartment is located within a 5 minute walk to the bus depot it is not necessary.
Distances
Speightstown is within 5 minute walking distance where you can find the Arlington Museum. St. Peter's Anglican Parish Church. A nature walk conducted by the National Trust. A fishing village at Six Men's Bay. By car/bus you can travel to: Holetown 10 minutes, Bridgetown 20 minutes , University of the West Indies 15 minutes, Kensington Oval 17 minutes, Queen Elizabeth Hospital 22 minutes, Garrison Savannah 25 minutes, St. Lawrence Gap 30 minutes. Free map and Island guide upon arrival.
Further details
Because the apartment is located near to Barbados secondary town, Speightstown has a major supermarket. There are two international banks. Bars and restaurants of varying types and pricing can be found within a 3 kilometre radius. Low end - the street vendor, fast food - Chefette, Fisherman's Pub to high end Mangoes and DaMer restaurant.
Booking notes
Booking deposit of 25%, balance payable 6 weeks before departure or upon arrival in Barbados. Myself or a local agent will meet you at the airport upon arrival. I can accommodate last minute bookings as late as the same day as long as the property is available. A welcome pack along with tourist brochures provided on arrival.
