The home is comfortably furnished with large rooms and a 7-foot wide veranda creating a spacious environment that is built for the views. Unspoiled landscapes, beautiful in colour and texture, this is how the Caribbean has always meant to be. The short walk to the beach will take you past the old Spring sugar mill. The coconut plantation leads you to the tranquil white sand beach. Although car hire is recommended for town trips, we recommend the walk through the Spring Estate. Port Elizabeth is approximately one mile from the house and has several shops providing supplies for yachts that visit our shores, as well as provisions for those staying on Bequia. There are several well-established restaurants and bars, with something for everyone, whether you fancy a quite candlelit dinner for two or a more sociable drink with friends.

Bedrooms: Large double bedroom with french doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside.
Bathrooms: Ground floor bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with large six hob gas cooker, fridge-freezer. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
Utility Room: There is a utility area housing an automatic washing machine on the ground floor.
Living Rooms: There is a large living space with ample seating comprising of a four seater and two seater sofa, six seater dining table.
Other: The 7 foot wide Verandah is on two sides of the living room and gives plenty of additional seating and an optional eating area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen will be provided. A maid service can be arranged on request at an additional charge. This is by prior arrangement when confirming the booking.

The garden has a grassed area, and is surrounded by shrubs, fruit trees and local fauna.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house, which takes you through a beautiful meander through the coconut plantation, on route to Spring Bay. The Island is surrounded by other beautiful white sand beaches which can be reached by water taxis, land taxis, or hired jeep.

Travel
Bequia has its own small airport with direct flights from Barbados on a daily basis. A taxi can be arranged to transfer guests to the house. Some visitors prefer to use the more traditional route, and fly into St Vincent. From here an hour ferry crossing will land you to Port Elizabeth, Bequia. This is approximately one mile from the house.

Distances
The house in one mile from Port Elizabeth. From here most other places of interest are 10-15 minutes by car.

Further details
This would be an ideal location for those interested in art. The island also provides two well established diving schools offering diving courses for all levels. The Island offers a good base for further exploration of other surrounding Islands. Port Elizabeth has several shops providing supplies for yachts that visit our shores, as well as provisions for those staying on Bequia. There are several well-established restaurants and bars, with something for everyone, whether you fancy a quiet candlelit dinner for two or a more sociable drink with friends listening to some of the local music entertainment.

Booking notes
Booking is made via direct contact with the owner. A fifty percent deposit is required to confirm the booking, the remaining balance is payable eight weeks before travel.
An additional holding deposit of £200 is required. This is fully refunded once the house is vacated. This deposit will only be used should there be any accidents or breakages etc.
