Bridgetown is approximately a 15 minute drive away. No smoking allowed in the apartments.

Leith Court # 15
This fully air-conditioned Studio apartment is spacious, and comfortably furnished with two double size futons in the living/bedroom area, one being used as the bed, and the other as seating. The living area also has a TV with Cable TV service. The bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower, WC and sink. The full size kitchen area is well equipped with a counter top stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker, iron & ironing board, washing machine & dryer. Dining options include bar stools at the kitchen counter or alfresco on the balcony, where there is a table and 4 chairs.

Leith Court # 16
This One bedroom apartment has a spacious air-conditioned bedroom, with queen size bed, and bathroom (shower, WC and sink) across the hallway from the bedroom. The living room is fan cooled and has a sofa and armchairs, TV, Cable TV and Internet Access. Dining is alfresco on the patio which overlooks the garden, pool and ocean. The full size kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker, iron & ironing board, washing machine and dryer.

Notes on accommodation
Maid service is provided two half days a week.
Sleeping areas are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
Each apartment is suitable for double occupancy only. No smoking and no pets are allowed.

Accessibility
These apartments are ground floor, with one step up to the entrance doors. The entrances are not the most convenient for wheelchair users.

Outside
The apartments have the use of the shared complex pool which is in the interesting shape of a guitar, as well as a spacious & sunny garden area. Sun lounges are provided and are for use around the pool or in the gardens only. There is a gate which opens on to the steps leading to the beach.

Coast/Beach
Situated beach front on the South Coast of Barbados, and with direct access to the beach from the garden area of Leith Court. Worthing Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Nearby beaches are Accra Beach, Sandy Beach and Dover Beach, no more than a 10 minute walk away, using the main street.

Golf
The nearest golf course is the 9 hole Rockley Golf Club, a 2 minute drive away. There is also the 18 hole Barbados Golf & Country Club, a 20 minute drive away, as well as the Sandy Lane Golf Club, and Royal Westmoreland Golf Clubs, each approximately 35 minutes away by car.

Travel
Grantley Adams International Airport is a 20 minute drive away. Taxis are readily available at the airport. Car hire is optional, as most amenities such as shopping, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.

Distances
10 minute walk to St Lawrence Gap
10 minute drive to Bridgetown, capital of Barbados.
10 minute drive to Oistins, a local fishing village
30 minute drive to Holetown, and other West Coast areas.

Located across the street from the supermarket and bank. Restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk.

Booking notes
Payment to be made by bank draft, or by bank wire transfer. 25% deposit required at time of booking. The remainder of the payment is due 2 months prior to arrival. Bookings made within the 2 months of arrival will require full payment at time of booking. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the apartments can be re-rented for the same dates.
