Bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed with bedside tables & lamps either side. Room has modern air conditioning, plenty of storage (2 fitted wardrobes & chest of drawers). Bathroom & back door to the garden are situated directly off the bedroom. |

En-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is of a reasonable size. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric cooker and hob, washing machine, sink and cupboards plus all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are supplied. The full size fridge/freezer is currently situated in the living room. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge is comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a sofa, 2 armchairs, bookcase, coffee table, wine rack and large fridge/freezer. There is a hi-fi for radio and connecting mp3 players. Also, a telephone for free local calls. |

At the front of the property is a covered patio/dining area. There is a dining table with 2 chairs and space to sit and relax. An ideal place for breakfast or spending the evening. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels & several sets of clean bed linen are supplied. The apartment is cleaned for your arrival by my neighbour a few doors up. He will also do the laundry once a week if required (included in cost) & can attend to any enquires you may have whilst there. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioned in bedroom. Portable electric fan supplied for elsewhere. Tiles floors throughout.

Accessibility
Ground floor with only step out to the back garden.
Outside
There is a shared pool which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is next to the beach overlooking the sea situated at the Beach House Restaurant Bar. Small barbecue for use in the back is supplied. The apartment is a single storey, one of 4 in a row and shares the front and back gardens with these. The other 3 apartments don't have back doors so you tend to get the back to yourself. There is a sun lounger and 2 garden chairs for outside use. Also washing lines to dry clothes.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The West Coast benefits from the calm seas of the Caribbean Ocean.
Travel
The international airport is approximately 30 - 40 minutes drive away. Taxi costs approx £20.
Distances
The apartment is situated in Holetown and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
