The apartment has a patio with a sun umbrella and chairs nicely positioned next to Mahogony trees while the interior is tastefully furnished and has all amenities including a queen sized bed, fully outfitted kitchen, cable TV, stereo, telephone, and once a weekly maid service. The entire apartment is airconditioned. 5 mins walking distance from beach. 10 mins from supermarket complex, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and public transport.

Accessibility
The apartment is on one level only. However it should be noted that the roads in Barbados are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The garden is shared with the owners of the property. There is a large sun umbrella, a table and 4 chairs for the patio for outdoor dining or just liming.
Coast/Beach
Dover Beach is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. Other beaches closed by are Sandy Beach and Accra Beach.
Golf
On September 1st 2000 the redesigned and completely reconstructed Barbados Golf Club reopened as Barbados' first public Championship golf course. The 6,805 yard par 72 golf course has been approved and sanctioned by the PGA European Tour to host a PGA Seniors Tournament in 2002. This is the nearest golf course and is 10 minutes (3km) drive.
Special interest holidays
Windsurfing rentals are close by. Greet location for surfers. Surfer's point and south point are only 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
The Grantley Adams International Airport is only 15 - 20 minutes by car. (7 km) Taxis are available at the airport. The Distance to the Barbados Cruise Terminal is 7 km.
Car Rental is recommended and can be arranged for you. The Garrison Savannah horse race track is 2.5 km, Ocean Park is 3.5 km and Greame Hall Nature Sanctuary is 1 km away from the apartment.
Distances
5 mins walk up the street to St. Lawrence Gap with all its shopping, restaurants and nightlife entertainment. 15 walk 2km to Oistins town with supermarket complex, pharmacy, bank and all sorts other amenities plus the well known Friday Night Fish Fry. 6.5km drive to the capital, Bridgetown with its duty free shopping.
Further details
Most tour guides will pick up from any of the nearby hotels. Your home away from home is within a few minutes walking distance to the South Coast main road which has everything you could possibly ask for including gorgeous beaches, seaside restaurants, bistro/cafes, banking, salons and duty-free shopping.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be taken to secure a booking. Balance payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival. In the event of a booking cancellation penalties are: 7 weeks: 40% of total price refundable; 6 weeks: 30% of total price refundable; 5 weeks: 20% of total price refundable; 4 weeks and less: no refund due. Payment to be made by PayPal, bank wire transfer or bank draft by post.
