There are many restaurants and bars within the Jolly Harbour complex and many more within a short drive up the coast. There is no better value for money for such a large property, close to all the amenities of Jolly Harbour but away from the bustle when you want to relax. Furnished to a high standard you and your guests will be very comfortable and close to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Our resident manager can help you arranging excursions or advising on restaurants, nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have the vacation of a lifetime.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms air-conditioned but we ask guests to switch these off when not in the villa as electricity is very expensive.
Outside
Outside there is an extensive covered Patio and a deck surrounding the swimming pool. There is a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a gas barbecue. Sun loungers are provided.
Coast/Beach
Jolly Beach is a relaxing 10 minute walk. All along the coast there are deserted beaches you can visit either by car, taxi or bus.
Golf
Jolly Harbour Golf Course is 5 minutes away whilst the Antigua
Golf Club is about 30 minutes away.
Travel
V.C. Bird airport is 30 minutes away. We arrange meet and greet at the airport and optional transfers to the villa. Car hire can also be arranged either for all or part of your holiday.
Distances
St Johns, the capital is 20 minutes by bus.

Jolly harbour has a full service supermarket open 8-8 every day. There is also a bank, beauty salon, pharmacy, casino, gym, and tennis courts. There are 6 restaurants and bars within Jolly Harbour. A full guide is in the villa.

About the owner
I live in St Maarten with my partner having formerly lived in Antigua for several years. We bought the property newly built in 2003 and use it regularly ourselves as a second home so it is furnished to a high standard. We have extensive knowledge of the island and can assist you in planning a truly memorable vacation.
