New Timbers is a modern, 3 bedroom villa situated in the popular Bon Accord area, only a short drive from the airport with the popular beaches of Store Bay and Pigeon Point, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and there is a small safe available in the master bedroom to store guests' valuables. There is a spacious, open-planned, fully air-conditioned living area with attractive pitched roof ceilings, ceiling fans, cable TV, radio/CD player, telephone and french doors leading out to the covered veranda and pool area. A large gas BBQ is situated on the veranda with an additional table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a separate utility room with washing and drying machines and a lockable storage area for scuba diving/surfing gear. The villa is also secured with a burglar alarm and external lighting.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible; check-in time is 1pm and check out time is at 12 noon. These can be flexible if the villa is vacant before/after guests holiday and requests for early arrival/late departure should be made at the time of booking.

Accessibility
The villa is all on one level with large spacious living areas and bathrooms. There is, however, a step from the patio to the living room and a small step into both showers.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a mature, well maintained garden, full of tropical plants. There is a private pool for the sole use of guests which is 18ft x 30ft, with depths of 2ft - 5ft 6ins. There is also a covered veranda with a large gas BBQ, sun loungers and a table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The popular Store Bay beach is a 10 minute walk away, the famous Pigeon Point beach is about a 15 minute walk from the villa.
Golf
The villa is approx 4 miles away from a championship golf course.
Travel
Crown Point airport is a 5 minute drive from the villa, airport transfers can be provided on request. A hire car is recommended if you wish to explore the island independently and we can offer you advice on reliable car hire firms to use.

The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
Further details
There is also a bank, 2 ATMs and internet cafes, all within easy walking distance. A short car drive will take you to well stocked supermarkets, a farm selling organic meat and fishermen selling their daily catch straight from the sea. The villa contains maps and guides on where to go on the island, recommended places to eat and drink, tour guides, water sports facilities and scuba diving schools. Guests will also find details of how to visit the beautiful rain forest on the island and the island of Little Tobago to see the famous Frigate Birds.

A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings with the remainder of the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure.
