This lovely, spacious mexican style villa is built on a plot of 26,000sq ft, on 3 levels, to make the most of the stunning views over the palm trees to the Golf Course, Pigeon Point, Nylon Pool, Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea. It has a spacious open plan living area with 3 large bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy your own private pool, jacuzzi or relax on the sun deck. You will be sure to find your own shady spot in the large tropical garden which contains numerous exotic flowers, shrubs and fruit trees and you are welcome to pick your own fruit. Nearby facilities include the golf course, several beaches, Nature Reserve, restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts, watersports, etc all a short drive away. Lahay means ''Relax, lay back, let loose'' and the villa has one of the best locations on the island. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Accessibility
Due to the numbers of steps LaHay is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Private outdoor pool and separate elevated jacuzzi, large pool deck with sunloungers and 2 sets of tables, chairs and sun umbrellas and outside shower. Substantial garden area offering quiet areas to sit and watch the birds or just look at the ocean views.
Coast/Beach
Several beaches are a short drive away and Grange Bay (no facilities)and Mount Irvine Bay (beach bar, restaurant and sun loungers) are a 15 mins walk through the golf course.

Crown Point International Airport a 20 minutes/10 kilometer drive.
Distances
Nearest villages are Buccoo and Black Rock 2.5 km.
Sunday School with local food, drink, craft stalls and live steelpan takes place every Sunday at Buccoo.
Pigeon Point with beach facilities, food, craft shops and boat trips to the Nylon Pool are 10km.
Store Bay with beach facilities and numerous local food stalls and craft shops are 10km.
Rain Forest and numerous waterfalls are a pleasant drive on both the Caribbean and Atlantic coasts.

Local shops, restaurants and supermarkets are 2 -3 km away.
Larger supermarkets 'Pennysavers' etc are 5-6 km approx.
The nearest ATM is situated at Black Rock 2.5 km.
A good supply of restauants and bars can be found on the way to and at Crown Point 10 km away.
