The villa is suitable for both couples and families and there is a travel cot, stairgate and highchair available. The villa is located a few minutes walk away from the beach, supermarket and the Cliff Restaurant. Holetown is a 10 minute drive/bus journey to the north, and Bridgetown is 25 minutes to the south of the property. The sandy, beach offers a variety of water sports, including diving, snorkelling, jet skiing etc, and is safe for children of all ages. Golf is available closeby at the Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland courses.

Outside
The property is set within tropical gardens, which attract many Hummingbirds. The swimming pool is shared with the 6 other properties within the gated community. Access to the community is through electrically operated gates. All balconies have outdoor furniture. There is a rotary washing line located at the rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
Crystal Cove beach is a sandy beach with a shallow, buoyed area for extra safe swimming and snorkelling. Located a 5 minute walk from villa.
Golf
Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland both offer pay as you play and are approx a 15/25 min drive away.
Special interest holidays
Diving is available through a dive master who is on-site. Water sports, fishing and boat charters are available at Crystal Cove and Bridgetown through various operators.
Travel
Grantley Adams is approx 20 km. A hire car is not essential as taxis are reasonably priced and the bus stop is 2 min from villa. But if you plan to tour the east and centre of the island, a car would be advisable.
Distances
Holetown is approx a 10 min drive. Bridgetown is approx a 25 min drive.
Further details
Bridgetown and Holetown have several banks, restaurants and shops. Jordans supermarket is a few min away. A local diner/store is located 2 min from villa, where basic provisions, lunch and televised sport are available daily. There are a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes nearby. Other leisure activities available include horse riding, racing, cricket, polo, walking, cycling etc. Barbados is a small island offering a wealth of interesting places to visit, from the calm Caribbean sea on the west coast, to the rough, crashing Atlantic Ocean on the east coast. Scotland district, so called because it reminded British settlers of the Scottish Highlands, is a rugged area with sheep and cattle grazing on the hillsides. Harrison's cave is deep below the centre of Barbados, a labyrinth of stalagmites and stalactites reached by a 1 mile trolley car ride - this is the islands most famous attraction. The south coast has Oistins Fish Fry on Friday evenings, numerous lively bars and clubs, banks, brewery and Mount Gay Rum distillery to mention just a few attractions. There truly is something for everybody.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before rental date. A welcome pack of basic supplies will be provided, we will try and accommodate any further requests.
