Notes on accommodation
The villa has an electronic security system installed, very children friendly, tread climber machine upstairs for exercise facilities. Lots of snorkelling gear, beach umbrellas & chairs. Villa stocking services available. Car rental available with Villa rental.

Accessibility
There is 4 steps to enter the villa.. however if a client would require a ramp for wheelchair access we will arrange.

Outside
Beautiful gardens with bird nests in the trees, fruit trees including banana, sour sop, coconut, avocado and orange trees. Huge patio upstairs on the western side of the villa. BBQ grill, outdoor furniture under the Flamboyant Tree, Very spacious pool terrace, Heated private pool (20ft by 12ft) with umbrella and chaise lounges. Comfortable furniture at the upstairs terrace. Outdoor bar set for sunset cocktails.

Coast/Beach
The Villa is 2 minute drive a way from Rendezvous beach, an amazing beach with crystal clear warm water and powder soft white sand. A true signature of the Anguillian beaches. All other beaches are within 20 minutes drive as Anguilla is only 16 miles long and 3 miles wide with 30 marvelous beaches.

Golf
Greg Norman designed 18 hole championship is a mere 15ft to the west of the villa. Fabulous, well maintained greens... Absolutely beautiful.

Travel
The Wallblake airport is 15 minutes drive away from the Villa. Guest must take taxis from port of entry. Rental cars are much needed. The Villa Manager can provide rental cars. The other port of entry is Blowing Point. This is the sea port for passengers travelling Via St Maarten.

Distances
Fine dining restaurants are 2 minutes away and will need reservations. The Capital called the Valley is 15 mins drive away. Nearest Supermarket (Foods 95) is 3 or 4 min drive. Spas are 5 mins drive away.

Booking notes
For booking ; 50% deposit is require at booking time to confirm reservation. The other 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

‘West Green with its 3 master suites, large rooms, private pool, fully equipped kitchen, laundry etc and glorious views is the perfect get away for a family with children or a romantic get away. Nestled in the golf course of the St Regis Resort, this villa with its beautiful attention to detail fabulous open airy feel and flow give it flare. The location between Cove, Meads and Rendez Vous Bay on the West End of the island could not be better suited for beach lovers. We enjoyed an easy run down Rendez Vous Bay from the villa each morning. And a glorious second floor patio for salutes to the setting sun’.
