Located in the established and quiet neighbourhood known as Gibbs Glade a short walk to Gibbs Beach, in a central yet peaceful location, is this wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious villa with an additional poolside 1 bedroom guest suite in the garden. The property extends to approx 0.33 of an acre. Each bedroom is en-suite and opens onto a covered veranda via French doors. The high vaulted ceilings throughout provide a feeling of space which is enhanced by the breeze which keeps the property nicely cool, for those who prefer it, air-conditioning is in all the bedrooms. The property features an attractive circular swimming pool with patio surround and landscaping that has been planned to provide a good level of privacy. The open plan layout is ideal for a holiday. The rooms all open onto verandas which run the length of the property offering plenty of covered outdoor space. Mullins Beach, Speightstown and Holetown are all located within a short drive.

Changeover day
There is no preferred changeover day, or number of nights, apart from a minimum of 3 nights stay.

| Bathrooms: | All bedrooms are en-suite with shower, w/c and vanity unit. Bathroom 2 also has a bath. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted and modern with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, electric food blender, all china, glasses and pans. |
| Living Rooms: | The Great Room has 2 large sofas and 4 armchairs plus coffee tables. It joins the kitchen via a breakfast bar and bar chairs. There is a combined radio/CD player with an i-pod connector for guests to enjoy the music of their choice. |
| Other: | At one end of the veranda, overlooking the garden, is a large dining table and chairs for 8. At the other end is a sofa, chairs and coffee table. The media room is complete with Satelite TV, DVD and big squashy leather sofa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are included, plus beach towels. There is a housekeeper 7 days a week who will change and clean the linen and towels every other day. |

Outside
The gardens are landscaped for privacy and they, plus the pool, are for the sole use of the guests. The pool is circular with a 20ft diameter. The maximum depth is approx 5ft with steps and a hand rail. The pool has a tiled patio surround with umbrellas, 2 tables, 4 sunbeds and 2 pool chairs. A barbecue is included to barbecue your fresh fish from the market.
Coast/Beach
Gibbs Beach is the closest, being a 4 minute walk away. It is quiet and secluded. A short walk along the coast to the next bay is Mullins Beach. This is far more active with a restaurant, boats for hire, water skiing, catamaran, jet skis and inflatables for the children.
Golf
Barbados is famous for golf with courses at Sandy Lane, Westmoreland, Sugar Hill to name but a few. None of these are more than 20 mins away.
Travel
Grantly Adams International Airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. We would recommend rental of a car to make the most of Barbados's many famous restaurants and beaches, plus all the other sightseeing opportunities.
Distances
Gibbs Glade Villa is a 5 minute drive to Speightstown, 10 minutes to Holetown, 30 minutes to Bridgetown.
