Changeover day
Rental is daily and check in time is 4:00pm with check out at 12:00noon. We are generally very flexible on the check in/out times, unless there is a conflict in schedule.

Barbados' most popular beach, Accra/Rockley beach, is just a 5 minute walk away from the villa, but if your preference is for serenity and quiet, Miami beach is a 5 minute drive or bus ride up the coast.

Rockley Golf course is located about a 5 minute walk away.
Travel
The Grantley Adams Airport is approximately 9 miles away, and is accessible via bus, taxi or rental car.
The Bridgetown port, where cruise ships will dock, is less than a 10 minute drive away.
Driving is on the left hand side and most roads are two lane secondary roads, so taxis would be the recommendation for all but the adventurous at heart. The taxi system is pretty reliable.
A moped/scooter (including helmet) is available for rental at the villa.

Bridgetown, the capital city - 2 miles.
St Lawrence Gap, the heart of entertainment - 2 miles.
Club Rockley golf course - 2 blocks.
Accra beach, Bardados' most popular beach - 3 blocks.

Supermarkets and banks are within a ten minute walk from property. Supermarkets usually offer free transportation home for customers in the neighbourood.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit (min. US$100), made by major credit card, cash, Paypal, direct wire transfer, check, bank draft or money order payable in US or BDS dollars, is required to secure reservation.
Non-credit card res. require payment in full and a refundable security deposit of 50% (min US $250.00).
Cancellations prior to arrival:
>14 days - full refund.
2-14 days - forfeit 1 day's rental fee.
< 2 days - forfeit 20% deposit.
There is a Bdos gov. value added tax of 7.5% on all stays.
