Sunset villa is located in Dickenson Bay, which of the 365 beaches Antigua has on offer has been adjudged #1 in the Caribbean by the UK Mirror and #4 in the world by Expedia. It is Ideal for parties up to eight people. This self-catered villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its name is derived from the incredible sunsets to be experienced from its two large balconies. Dickenson Bay offers a wide variety of activities such as sailing, swimming, snorkeling, water skiing, horse back riding and boat tours. There are first class restaurants, bars and other night life along the beach. It is 5 minutes drive from an 18 hole golf course and 10 minutes from the international airport. Our local representative can organise airport pick-up, assist with rentals, excursions, grocery and duty-free shopping etc.

The villa includes two balconies with incredible views. There is seating on the balconies. Surrounding gardens with mature Caribbean flowering plants.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located just a few minutes walk from Dickenson Bay beach, rated number 1 in the Caribbean.
Golf
A few minutes drive from the villa, you can find the Cedar Valley Golf Course was designed and built by Ralph Aldridge opened with 9 holes in 1970. The completely constructed 18 hole course opened to the public in 1977, as Antigua's only 18-hole championship Golf Course. Green fees range from US$18 – US$35. Travel
The nearest airport is the V.C. Bird International airport. It is a ten minute ride to the villa. Our guests typically rent a car to explore the island. However, the villa is located walking distance from some of the best restaurants and entertainment on the island, so it is possible to stay at the villa and use a taxi for occasional excursions.
Distances
Villa is 8 minutes drive from the Capital City St. John's which has several duty free shopping facilities. It is 7 minutes drive from the Epicurean supermarket at Woods Mall which is Antigua's best supermarket. Also, it is 6 miles from the airport.
Booking notes
We require a 20% deposit to hold a booking. The balance is due within 6 weeks of your arrival date. We accept cheques drawn on US banks and credit cards via PayPal.
