Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per person per day, in US Dollars.
The rates are based on 10 people in the Main Villa and a total of 14 people if the Main Villa and Cottage are booked. This includes the cost of all staff.
Changeover day
We prefer a Saturday change over but are very flexiable if we have the availability.

All 6 bedrooms are very large each with their own en suite bathrooms.
Live in staff, in separate accomdation.
Cottage:
2 large bedrooms.
Plenty of room in the villa to add extra beds or cots just let us know what you need. |

The Master Bathroom is larger than some apartments no expense has been spared.
The other bathrooms are what you would expect from a property of this value. |
| Kitchen: |
The property comes with 2 full time chefs, but what do you think the kitchen would like from a $7 million home! But the only time you would see it is when you are telling chef what you would like for dinner! |

With full time maid service, I don't really think you will be that interested in the fully fitted laundry room. |
| Living Rooms: |
A great family room with all the electronics, apart from plasma screens in each bedroom with full satellite and DVD. The entertainment system in the family room is state of the art. |

Its a stunning property but great for families and very children friendly, anything breakable is out of reach from little fingers.

Where do you start?
The gardens are stunning.
The beach is at the end of the garden.
The outside informal dining room is perfect.
The beach is very private and your staff rake the beach every morning so you dont notice the footprints you left in the sand the previous day.
Every type of water toy is already there from buckets and spades for the younger children to snorkels for the bigger children.
Golf
10 minutes from great golf courses.
Special interest holidays
Michael, one of your personal chefs, is also a qualified diving instructor who is happy to take you out and show the stunning beautiful corals and sea life whether its your first dive or even if you are an expereinced diver.
Travel
Freeport is your airport which is 30 minutes flying time from Fort Lauderdale or Miami with flights leaving every hour.
Distances
Great Duty Free shopping is only 10 minutes away.
Further details
Your personal chefs will send you a food and drink list pre your arrival listing your likes and dislikes so all your shopping will be done before you arrive. Then they will shop daily for all the best seafood as it is brought in by the fishermen.
Despite having the most exclusive address in Grand Bahama
everything is very close by, shops, banks, restaurants and casinos.
Booking notes
We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your dates and then the balance 30 days before you arrive.
Any food and drink purchased on your behalf can be settled at the end of your stay when your chefs will give you a detailed invoice.
