Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in US dollars based on 4 guests. Different numbers of guests and lengths of stay may result in nightly being higher or lower. Please send email for an exact quote. Christmas and New Year rates are $750 per night.

Changeover is a Saturday but we are happy to be flexible.

| Other: | The perfect room in my opinion is the terrace, a great place to sit in the evening to listen to the waves lapping against the beach and take time to just enjoy life. If you have kids, while they play in the sand you can relax on the deck and watch them. |

Notes on accommodation
Although this is a high end property the property has been designed to be very child friendly so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Please note the property is smoke-free.
Accessibility
Please bear in mind this property is on the beach and of course the beach is not wheelchair friendly, but very ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
Outside
The outside is a dream, a very large terrace, great for dinning or just chilling out. Fully fitted like the rest of the property with tables and chairs so you can keep an eye on the children while they play on the beach. We find that families who bring their parents find the terrace a great spot for the parents/grandparents, its cool, great seating, and they feel part of the family while having their own space.
Separate swimming pool with a high fence to ensure safety. Tennis courts for those who feel energetic!!
Coast/Beach
One look at the photos tells you everything about the beach.
It is clean, safe and as private as you can get in the Bahamas and runs for miles. The water is warm and shallow so it is safe for the children and no rocks or coral in the shallows, but there is good snokelling just 50 feet off the beach. For the divers, swim out a few hundred feet and the coral is amazing! What we call the best of all worlds. 5 minutes walk along the beach is a lovely beach restaurant.
Golf
Great golf course, 10 mins away, we are happy to sort out tee times.
Travel
We have a special arrangement for car hire cost from $45 per day inclusive please let us know if we can help you. Freeport International Airport is around 15 minutes away by car.

Duty Free shopping only 10 minutes away!
Tours and excursions nearby include Swimming with Dolphin Experience, Scuba diving, Snorkelling, AirBoat Tours through the mangroves, Kayaking, Jeep tour, Biking, Horseriding on beatiful beaches, Lucayan National Park and caves, Deep Sea Fishing, Go Karting. There are 3 great golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
Further details
Happy to do all your food and drink shopping for you so its all there when you arrive, but the supermarkets are only 10 minutes away. We arrange for you to be met at the airport and shown to the property, where everything will be explained to you and all your queries answered. Our agent will be on hand at any time during your stay - his aim is to provide all the assistance you need to ensure you enjoy the property, facilities and the rest of the island as much as possible.
Booking notes
Booking is secured with 20% deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks before stay. $500 returnable security deposit also required prior to stay (can be paid cash on arrival and re-paid on departure to save time and wiring fees).
