The perfect room in my opinion is the terrace, a great place to sit in the evening to listen to the waves lapping against the beach and take time to just enjoy life. |

Accessibility
Please bear in mind this property is on the beach and of course the beach is not wheelchair friendly, but very ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
Outside
The outside is a dream, a very large terrace, great for dinning or just chilling out. Fully fitted like the rest of the property with tables and chairs so you can keep an eye on the children while they play on the beach. We find that families who bring their parents find the terrace a great spot for the parents/grandparents, its cool, great seating, and they feel part of the family while having their own space.
Separate swimming pool with a high fence to ensure safety. Tennis courts for those who feel energetic!!
Coast/Beach
One look at the photos tells you everything about the beach.
It is clean, safe and as private as you can get in the Bahamas and runs for miles. The water is warm and shallow so it is safe for the children and no rocks or coral in the shallows so perfect for the children or adults who don't like sharing the Ocean with fish! For the divers swim out a few hundred feet and the coral is amazing! What we call the best of all worlds.
Golf
Great golf course, 10 mins away, we are happy to sort out tee times.
