There is also a separate Laundry room with washing machine. Las Palmas is fully air-conditioned. The villa is located just a one minute walk from the fantastic Paynes Bay beach, so the sea is on your doorstep! The property provides great value accommodation in a superb location.

Accessibility
The villa is located in a private road up a slight hill. The Living room is a sunken living room with 3 steps down into it, and hence would not be suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Las Palmas has landscaped gardens with a beautiful mango tree and almond tree prominent in the garden. 6 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas are provided for guests.
The garden also houses a Private Jacuzzi Room, with a fantastic cement structure Jacuzzi.
Coast/Beach
Las Palmas is a one minute walk to Paynes Bay beach which is a stunning beach with calm waters and white sand. There are water sports readily available further down the bay, along with diving, snorkelling and boat trips. It is possible to walk all the way along the bay to Fitz village in one direction or The Sandy Lane in the other.
Golf
Westmoreland Golf course - 10 minutes drive
Sandy Lane Golf course - 5 minutes drive
Travel
Grantley Adams International aiport is approximately 35 minutes by car.
Bridgetown is approximately 15 minutes by car.
Car hire can be arranged for you through Esses Car rentals, but is not essential due to a good bus service along the West Coast.
Distances
Sunset Crest shopping complex is 5 minutes by car.
Cave Shepard is 5 minutes by car.
Holetown is 5 minutes by car
Speightstown is 10 - 15 mins by car.
Further details
The nearest major supermarket is either Jordans or Supercentre, both located just 5 minutes by car from the villa.
There are a plethora of restaurants nearby - for example; Tides, The Cliff, Daphnes, The Coach House, Blue Monkey, Cocomos, The Mews, Olives.
There are several banks loacted just 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Water sports are available on Paynes bay beach inluding, jet skiing, catamarans, water skiing and diving.
Booking notes
All bookings are confrimed via email and a boking confirmation letter sent by post. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 4 months prior to arrival. (Please note last minute booking are however excepted at reduced rates)
Payments are then made either via Credit card or via electronic transfer directly to the business account in Barbados. Please not cheques or bankers drafts can not be accepted.
