Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. During any period there is a 20% discount for the second and any subsequent weeks of that stay. For periods of over 3 weeks special additional discounts can be obtained.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Guest moving out of the premises would usually be expected to leave by 12.00 noon on the day of departure however a degree of flexibility will be given depending on the circumstances.

The apartment is an painted off white (coral) through out with a peach coloured patio. 1 double bedroom with high ceilings, wood effect Venetian blinds, double pine bed, ceiling fans and white fitted wardrobes. Open plan living/ dining area with sofa, pine table with dining chairs. Ceiling fans. TV. Kitchen consisting of a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom has a tub with shower. Air conditioned living/dining room. Patio.

Apartment 2 (Sleeps 4. 2 Bedrooms)

All rooms are painted off white (coral) and have ceiling fans. Peach coloured patio. 2 double bedrooms with high ceilings, wood effect Venetian blinds, a double pine bed in each with white fitted wardrobes with ceiling fans. 1 bathroom with white bathroom suite with bath tub and shower. A large open plan living/dining area with ceiling fan, a black leather 3 piece suite, a pine dining table with 4 matching chairs. Satellite TV and telephone. Kitchen consisting of a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and a toaster. Ceiling fans throughout.

Apartment 3 (Sleeps 4/6. 2 Bedrooms)

All rooms are painted off white (Coral) and have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning. Peach coloured patio. 2 double bedrooms with high ceilings, wood effect Venetian blinds, a double pine bed in each with white fitted wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. Each has a white bath room suite complete with tub and shower. A large open plan living/dining area with 2 dark brown leather chairs (a 3 seater and a 1 seater). A pine dining table with 4 matching chairs. Satellite TV and a telephone. Kitchen consisting of a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and a toaster. Ceiling fans throughout. Air conditioning in living/dining area as well as bedrooms.

Notes on accommodation
The building has solar water heating and insect screens are on all windows. Each apartment is fully furnished with ceiling fans in all in all bedrooms and living/ dining areas. A laundry room with a sink and washing machine is available in the building.

Accessibility
Not adapted for wheelchair access.

Outside
Each apartment has its own patio. Off street gated parking area is available.

Coast/Beach
The apartments are located 5-7 mins walk from the local beach in Paynes Bay. There is access to numerous beach and water sports.

Travel
Approx 10 miles from the airport. Car hire is not essential but can be easily arranged. Public transport is good. We are located 5 mins walk from the main coastal road to the west of the island (Highway 1) where numerous buses are available to Bridgetown and Oistins also to the airport to the south as well as to Holetown and Speightstown to the north.

Distances
1 mile from Sandy Lane. 1½ mile from Holetown. 4-5 miles North of Bridgetown. 2 mins walk from Polo Ridge.

Further details
Easy access to local supermarket in Fitts Village 1 mile to the South or shopping centre a mile to the north which is in Holetown. Light provisions can be bought in small shop and or petrol station which is 5 mins walk away.
