Nanpa is a brand new three bedroom Villa, finished to a very high standard with large open plan ground floor leading onto its own private patio and small tropical garden. Nanpa is part of a new complex located on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados, (about 2 miles north of Holetown) referred to as the 'Platinum Coast' which is well justified. The beach is a five minute walk from Porters Gate. For those who wish to relax at Porters Gate there is a swimming pool with sun-deck, for those who wish to maintain their 'one-pack' then there is a fully equipped air-conditioned gym. There is also a flood-lit Tennis court for use of guests. Porters Gate has been designed and built to a very high standard, the streets/pathways will be tastefully illuminated. Fully equipped Italian kitchen with granite work surfaces. Flat screen TV with DVD player.

Prices is for the property per week in UK Pounds. 1 cheap price throughout the year (apart from Xmas and Easter) extra day rate of £120 per day.
Late availability (4 weeks prior to visit at only £700 p/week).

Three bedrooms. All are air-conditioned with tall vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.
Master and bed 2 have double beds, bed 3 has two single beds. All en-suite with own balcony and fitted wardrobes. There are also 2 spare matresess's for extra guest. |

All Bedrooms en-suite, master has his/hers wash-basins, wc, whirlpool bath with shower.
Other two en-suites have wash-basin, wc, showers.
All bathrooms have granite tops to the bathroom units.

Cleaning/towels/

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but guest are asked to bring their own towels for use on the beach and poolside.
Property is cleaned once a week when all linen/towels will be washed and changed. More frequent cleaning can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms including bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have their own private balcony. A nice finishing touch to the rooms are the down lighters and wall sconces throughout.

Accessibility
I am afraid the property has not been adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
Nanpa has its own garden and there is a barbecue for use of the guests. There is also a shaded patio area with table and chairs for outside dining (very popular). There are four sun beds for use of the guests. There is also a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis court and well equipped air conditioned gym.
Outside Nanpa there is space to park a car, the drive ways around the houses have been constructed with the benefit in the evening of subtle lighting to enhance the look of the surroundings. There is a 24 hour staffed security gate for access to the Porters Gate complex.
Coast/Beach
The fabulous West Coast of Barbados is just a five minute walk away from Porters Gate. The closest beach is along the same stretch of beach as the Glitter Bay Hotel.
Golf
Royal Westmoreland Golf Club is very close to Porters Gate (less than a mile?), Sandy Lane Golf Course is about 3 miles away.
Travel
Travel time from the airport is about 30/40 mins depending on traffic.
A car is also available for use of the guests, it is a pretty basic Opel Corsa, four door (with hatchback) automatic gearbox. Car Hire is very expensive in Barbados and I can offer this car for use of guests on request for just £100 per week.
Further details
Holetown is only a short distance from Porters Gate, (about 1 mile away). Most things you will need can be found in Holetown, supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
Upon booking I require 20% deposit. Remainder to be paid two months before arrival.
Please note: An additional security deposit of £150 is required on final booking, this will be fully refunded after the guests have left the house on condition there are no breakages or damage to the property. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from this amount, please advise me of anything you would be aware of to remove any misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding.
