Accessibility
Property, due to the fact is on the first floor, might not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Pool with various decked areas including loungers, sun shades and a gazebo for shade (shared only by the 4 apartments).
Extensive garden area. Veranda with gas BBQ, dining and lounging furniture. Parking space provided.

Coast/Beach
It is only a few minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Antigua and also walking distance to 2 further beaches.

Golf
A fine 18 hole golf course is available within a 15min walk.

Travel
The apartment is around 15k from the airport or around a 20minute drive. St Johns port is around a 15min drive.
Included within the price is return transfers to and from the airport. However if you prefer to hire a car there are many car rental operators available of which many have offices based in the airport. These include Dollar, Avis, Titi, budget and Hertz. We can arrange car hire for you from $315 per week and this can either be delivered to the airport or to the apartment.

Distances
Within walking distance is a fine 18 hole golf course, tennis, squash courts and one of the biggest marinas in the caribbean where day trips, fishing and boat trips can be arranged. Also a dive company operates from the nearest beach to the apartment. The apartment is 15 mins drive to St Johns the capital and a regular bus service runs from near the apartment.

Further details
If you enjoy sports you will be spoilt for choice in the surrounding area with golf, fishing, sailing, diving, water skiing, jet skiing and tennis all available.
There are many attractions to enjoy in Antigua which all are easy to access from the apartment including:-
English and Falmouth harbours
Nelsons Dockyard
Shirley Heights the famous Sunday night with steel & reggae bands, with the most amazing sun sets over English harbour.
Many boat trips including eco friendly, trips to Barbuda (frigate birds and picture postcard beaches) and Monsterrat
Helicopter trips to Monsterat and amazing volcano (from Jolly Harbour)
Diving, Sailing, Snorkelling, horse riding Fishing, Kite and windsurfing
Cheap flights to other Caribbean islands through Winair and Liatair
Day trips around island to gorgeous beaches and capital St Johns

Booking notes
20% deposit required on booking which is non refundable once booking is confirmed. Balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
A cheque for £200 is required which will be returned to you within 30 days of returning from the holiday provided no loss or damage has occured. Should any loss or damage occur the cost will be deducted from the £200 and balance returned to you.

Just thought I would drop you a line to let you know how well our 2 weeks at Hamilton House went.
We had a great time, the weather for us was wonderful
The apartment was new, clean, brilliantly furnished and a treat to stay in. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in abroad, and that makes a big difference, the children said the same about the singles. The kitchen facilities were second to none, and very efficient, I couldn't believe the cooker, it was so quick. There were loads of clean towels and linen which was lovely, and the position of the washing line got everything dry in minutes! A great place.
