This fully air-conditioned villa has 3 double bedrooms. All are en-suite and include sliding mirror-door wardrobes. The main living area has glass doors to 2 sides to allow access to the veranda areas. This villa is on an exclusive development with its own private swimming pool. This is the only villa with a full size pool, not a plunge pool. Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, is situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. There is a fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with tennis and a squash court for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. The Grand Princess Casino has its own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace and features regular live shows.

Close to one of the best beaches in the world! Antigua is about 14 miles long by 11 miles wide and is renowned for it's 365 stunning beaches and miles of picturesque coves.

The Jolly Harbour Golf Club has an 18 hole par 71, 6001 yards course. Facilities include a driving range, clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop and club rental. The Cedar Valley Golf Club is north-east of St John's and has an 18 hole par 69, 5932 yards course. Clubs and carts are for hire.

VC Bird International airport at St Johns, 20 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.
