It offers 2 en-suite bedrooms which sleep 4and there is a sofa bed in the lounge There is a long open plan, lounge/reception area with kitchen and French doors to allow access to the large veranda area. The landscaped gardens feature a large swimming pool with adjoining sundeck. This is exclusively for the 4 apartments. There are loungers and a large canopy for extra shade, as well as a barbeque area. A local mobile phone is provided. The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is just a few minutes walk. It has the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean, a fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with swimming pool, tennis and squash courts. There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The Grand Casino has its own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting.

15 minutes from St Johns. Just a few minutes walk to the Jolly Harbour Marina. The beach is a few hundred yards away and was recently voted one of the ten best beaches in the world!

A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with swimming pool, tennis courts, and a squash court, cater for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. The Grand Princess Casino has it's own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace and features regular live shows. For all it's many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.

1. A booking deposit of 20% of the total rental price is payable when returning the booking form to us. 2. The balance of the total rental price is due 60 days before arrival. 3. A full copy of our booking terms and conditions is sent with the booking form.
Guest comments
The apartment was perfect, really spacious and clean, with everything you could need! Breakfast on the balcony was lovely in the morning with a fab view. We had a very warm and informative welcome, with a tour of the local area which was very useful, and the taxi driver was nothing less than fantastic! The nearest beaches were in our opinion the best on the island, with lovely cafes and restaurants all nearby. Thanks so much, we will definately recommend this apartment to friends and family!!
