Villa Kaju is a newly built luxury three bedroom villa located within the popular Bon Accord Development.
The villa has a large open plan lounge/diner with a fully equipped kitchen. The outside area comprises of a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a shaded dining area with tables and chairs. There is a utility room for washing and drying of clothes equipped with ironing facilities. At an additional cost there is the use of a Mitsubishi vehicle equipped with children's car seat (suitable from birth) and broadband Internet via a laptop.

Bedroom 2 + 3 with double beds and the use of a shared large bathroom with hairdryer. Both of these rooms have fitted wardrobes. All rooms air conditioned
Bathrooms: Large en suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with wc, basin and shower
Shared En suite bathroom to Bedroom 2 & 3 with wc, basin and shower.
Kitchen: Large cooker with hob and grill, Dishwasher, American style Fridge /Freezer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Small Grill.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and iron. There is also a large butler style sink

Nearest Airport Crown Point 10 minutes walk. We provide the use of a car at an extra charge which comes equipped with a children's car seat (suitable from birth)

Distances
5 minutes walk to nearest town which includes good selection of restaurants and cafes. A short taxi ride will take you to Shirvan Road where most of the islands good restaurants can be found.

Further details
The local shops sell all necessary food and drink for your stay. There are two excellent local supermarkets and a 5 minute walk will take you to the bank to pick up local currency or change travellers cheques. There are 2 ATM's locally
