It consists of 2 bedrooms, en-suite, open plan kitchen with bar and large living room opening onto patio and then onto sun terrace and swimming pool with mature gardens. Maid service available. A very short 300m walk from the wonderful Mullins bay. 5 minutes drive from Spieghtstown and 10 minutes from Holetown.

Living Rooms: Open plan large living room equipped with TV, DVD, radio opening onto covered patio which then opens on to a sun terrace and the swimming pool which is set in mature attractive gardens.
Other: Spacious covered terrace and dining area which opens onto the swimming pool and gardens on one side then also opens into both the living room and main bedroom via large patio doors.

Towels and linen are included with a maid service also available.

Notes on accommodation
Accommodation is air conditioned in both bedrooms, with direct access to the swimming pool. Because of this access it may not be suitable for toddlers who cannot swim for safety reasons.

Coast/Beach
Mullins beach 300ms stroll, one of the best beaches if not the best on the west coast. It has a good range of water sports available and is home to Mannies Suga Suga restaurant. Next door is Giibs beach which is quiet, fringed with palm, a real hidden gem.

Golf
Sandy Lane and its world famous courses are 6 miles south in addition to Royal West Moreland and Heywood Course which is 2 miles north. Barbados Golf Course is situated approx 12 miles south.

Travel
Grantley Adams Airport is 15 miles away, about 40 mins. Taxi fare is £18. Bridgetown is 12 miles away.

Distances
Speightstown 1.2 miles. Holetown 4.8 miles. Bridgetown 12 miles. Sandy Lane 5 miles.

Booking notes
We ask for a 25% deposit with the booking form. The balance is payable eight weeks before your arrival. A £250 damage deposit is also taken when the final payment is made.
