Accessibility
The villa is all on 1 level and has 2 steps outside to enter the property at the front and 3 steps at the back of the property to access the garden.

The back garden contains young tropical fruit trees and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive to Store Bay Beach facility with local food, bars and craft stalls, also the famous Pigeon Point Beach offering craft shops, food, bar, fine white sand and the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Golf
Championship golf courses - Mount Irvine and Tobago Plantation are a 10 minute drive.
Travel
Crown Point International Airport is a 5 minute drive. Car hire is recommended although not a necessity. Collection to and from the Airport is possible if requested. Direct flights with Virgin Atlantic, British Airways and Excel/Golden Caribbean charter flights at more reasonable prices - flight time 8-9 hours.
Distances
Local restaurants and mini-markets are a 5 minute walk. Supermarkets, banks, internet cafe, restaurants, shops are a 5 minute drive away.
Further details
Excellent diving and snorkelling facilities, water sports, boating and fishing trips. The oldest rainforest reserve in the western hemisphere. Nesting season for leatherback turtles between April - September. Fort King George is the island's best preserved historical monument and houses the Tobago Museum. The Botanical Gardens has 17 acres of tropical trees and shrubs. A bird sanctuary is situated on an offshore island called Little Tobago. Grafton Estate has a wildlife sanctuary and nature trails. The Argyle Falls is the island's highest waterfall area.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable. Payment is required via bank transfer or sterling cheque. Full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security/breakages deposit of £100 is required.
