The newly built (April 07) luxury apartment, which is the ex-showhouse, has 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite, with sumptious furnishings, plasma screen cable TVs in lounge and Master bedroom, DVD/CD player, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, with granite worktops, integrated stainless steel appliances including washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the living areas. A private patio with sun-loungers directly overlooks the Caribbean sea, perfect for capturing those beautiful sunsets. The large swimming pool is for exclusive use by residents with a secluded private beach. There is a unique private jetty, which is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or even fishing. There is private parking for guests and electronic secured access. Situated within the heart of St Lawrence Gap, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all within walking distance.

Changeover day
Flexible, depending on airline.
The apartment is available on day of arrival from 4pm.
The apartment must normally be vacated on day of departure by 12 noon, although we will endeavour to cater for a later departure time on request.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with quality units, granite worktops, stainless steel appliances including fridge, washer, dryer, cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility Room: There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen. There are also shared laundry facilities for bulky items in the ground floor laundry room.
Living Rooms: The lounge has rattan furniture with plasma TV, DVD and CD. Ceiling fans. Large patio doors leading to patio with sun loungers and magnificent ocean views.
Other: Dining for 4 people. A personal chef service is available for a daily charge. Please ask for details on booking.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned once a week but additional maid services are available for an additional charge. (Please request at time of booking if possible.) Bath towels and linens are included.

Outside
St Lawrence Beach apartments have a large swimming pool, for exclusive use by guests, as well as a secluded beach, accessible only through the development and a unique private jetty, which is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or fishing. Larger, serviced beaches are within a short walking distance.
Fishing rods, reels and coolers are provided for guests on request.

Coast/Beach
The development has it's own private beach. Alternatively Dover beach, which is fully serviced and has all water sports facilities, is a short stroll away.

Travel
Grantley-Adams airport is a 15 minute drive. Use of car is not necessary as the apartment is centrally located. However for site-seeing public transport is very cheap and very comprehensive throughout the island. Taxis are also widely available.

Distances
It is well worth going on a safari around the island and in addition exploring by car is both an adventure and fun. The island is so small you cannot get lost. Go to both South Point and North Point to see both ends of the island and see the differences the island has to offer. Bathsheba on the East Coast is particularly wild and in stark contrast to the tranquility of the West Coast and it's beaches.

Further details
Oistins "Fish Fry" on Friday night is an absolute must! After dining, listen to the Reggae music or try dancing to music from the 60s at Lexies.

Booking notes
A deposit of £200/$400 is required to secure the booking. Payment of the final balance is due eight weeks prior to the arrival date, together with a refundable security deposit of £250/$500. This is returned in full 21 days after departure if there are no reported losses/breakages.

Apartment is spacious, clean and secure with all the comforts of home. Air-conditioning in bedrooms and lounge is excellent and superb views from the balcony make the apartment very relaxing. The Gap has lots of bars and restaurants for a varied choice depending on how much you want to spend. Try Pisces for excellent dining experience (book for weekends). Looking forward to going back.
