2 double bedrooms with en-suites. 1 twin bedroom also with cot bed and cot all with air conditioners and fans. 3rd bathroom. Very large living sitting room with soft seating and teak dining table for 8. Opens out onto hardwood deck with outdoor dining table and seating overlooking garden and pool. Big kitchen with further dining space for children. Range cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and larder. Second sitting/TV room. Spacious entrance hall.

Garden Apartment (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4)

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom (can become a double), both with airconditioners and fans. One bathroom. Bright and airy open plan living room with hardwood dining table and kitchen. Sofa and two armchairs in hardwood and tropical fabrics. Deck nestling under a Mango tree with outdoor dining table and seating.

The Pool House (1 bedroom, sleeps 2/4)

One double bedroom with ceiling and floor fans. Twin beds can also be put up in the living room. The pool apartment is constructed of wood and coral stone with a teracotta tile floor. It is light and airy throughout with an open plan living room, kitchen and dining table. Outside there is a tiled deck with a bar, another dining table and chairs and other seating. At nightime the wonderful scent of the nearby Frangipani tree wafts through the apartment.

Mullins Bay House (5 bedroom format, sleeps 11)

Five bedroom and five bathrooms. Spacious entrance hall. Large living/dining room opening out onto a big hardwood deck with outdoor dining table, chair and further soft seating. Three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, one large childrens room with twin beds, a cot and a cotbed and additional beds if needed. The fifth bedroom also has twin beds. There are two further bathrooms making five in all. Extremely well equipped with stylish fabrics, hardwood and cane furniture throughout.

Notes on accommodation
Lots of equipment and toys for children including buggies, car seats, high chairs, changing mats, child loo seat, baby bath - everything a parent will need (ours are 4 and 6 years old).
Accessibility
Mullins Bay House and the Pool Apartment are fairly wheelchair friendly. The Garden Apartment is less suitable. Please email us with your precise preferences.
Outside
1 acre of tropical gardens. Large 30 foot pool with sundeck and loungers. Large gas BBQ grill. Swing, rope ladder and bicycles for young children. Car parking.
Coast/Beach
Mullins Beach 300 yards away, is very popular and has a good range of watersports plus a waterside restaurant. Gibbes Beach is a hidden gem 500 yards away fringed with palms.
Golf
Sandy Lane and its world famous courses are 6 miles south. Heywoods course is 2 miles north.

Grantley Adams Airport is 15 miles away - about 40 mins. Taxi fare is £18.

Nearest restaurant 300 yards. Convenience shopping half a mile away. Colourful Speightstown with food stalls, supermarket, banks etc is just over a mile away on a good bus route. Please email us for factsheets listing local restaurants, beaches and facilities for children, etc.
Booking notes
We ask for a 25% deposit with the booking form. The balance is payable 2 months before your arrival. A £250 damages deposit is also taken when the final payment is made.

Mullins Bay House is beautiful, better than on the website! It is one of the most tastefully furnished rental villas we have stayed in. The location was ideal. Biljana, Julian, Anya & Katya, Washington DC - - My idea was to take my wife somewhere special for her 40th Birthday and I’m now congratulating myself on an excellent choice, fantastic time/house/location. Bob - - The grounds are magnificent and great for the children to play in. Alistair & Linda - - All the facilities for small people were a real bonus. We all had a great time and it far exceeded our expectations. Conrad, Amanda, Hugo and Arabella - - The little extras for kids are great.
