Downstairs one will find the guest suite which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and a private lounge area with TV. The second floor and roof top deck is where all the excitement is with a large open concept kitchen flowing onto a spacious living area and covered patio. A sweeping staircase leads up onto the rooftop deck where one can experience views that are out of this world. The roof top is perfect for relaxing, tanning or having a barbecue.

Notes on accommodation
All living areas have air-conditioning with ceiling fans to dining room, lounge and main bedrooms. Unit location on a hill may not be suitable for wheelchair access or very young children.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Accessibility
Although parking is at the door, it is not suitable for wheelchair users since Costa Vista #2 is on top of a hill. The pool and gazebo are on top of the hill and is accessible via stairs.

Coast/Beach
Fitts village beach is 500 yards away. Paynes beach is 5 mins by car with a variety of water sports including skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing.
Golf
Sandy Lane and Royal Westmorland less than 10 mins drive. Barbados Golf Club and Rockley Golf Club 30 minutes drive to the south coast. New Apes Hill course recently opened
Travel
Grantley Adams International airport is a 30 minute drive from Costa Vista. We can arrange transfers (price not inculded).
Distances
Fitts village is 500 yards away, while Hole Town is a 7 min drive. The capital Bridgetown is 10 mins by car. Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and the south coast is 30 minutes drive.
Further details
Jordans supermarket is 500 yards away. Both the west and south coasts are plentifully supplied with excellent restaurants ranging from the up-market ‘The Cliff’ and ‘Restaurant at Southsea’ for value for money waterside dining. Full information regarding restaurants is available in the villa. There are several local banks. All banks will change cash and travellers cheques. No smoking and no pets allowed.

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon here and everything was perfect! The home is beautiful and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed late night swims in the pool to cool off and morning conversations with the monkeys. We couldn't have had a better location. The home is literally minutes from the beach, a grocery store, and a bus stop. We didn't need to rent a car because of the convenience of the location. The people were so sweet and genuine, and the food was fantastic. We even learned how to make Macaroni Pie and did it at home one night. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and more and to top it all off Vishal (the local property manager) was so kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our 2 week stay. Hope to make another trip in the future....THANKS for letting us enjoy your home in paradise.

Hello, My name is Neil and my lovely wife is Sonya. We were both born in Guyana which is closely tied to the British Caribbean in culture and economic activities. Today we live in Vienna, Virginia but have not forgotten our Caribbean roots. Enjoying our friends in Barbados, golf and a bit of peace and quiet with a cold beer and a good book is truly a gift from GOD. Oh yeah ... How can I forget the fantastic Caribbean cuisine and ... did I mention the Rum!
We consider Costa Vista #2 our little piece of paradise which we are willing to share with you for a few days. Come enjoy yourself!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Barbados is ideal for us. It has a stable political climate with fantastic citizens who make us feel at home. The beaches on the west cast are more family friendly as the waves are not very rough. The golfing is great and it is at most 30 minutes from anything including the airport.
Unique benefits of the property
I love our rooftop with its barbecue grill, 360 degree views of the Caribbean sea and lounging facilities. It is a fantastic place to be in the cool of the evening with some soft music, a glass of wine and my lovely wife to cuddle with.
Sometimes we have friends over to share God's blessings and as we like to say .... solve the world's problems while have a few drinks.
