Forest Hills 11 is a delightful 3 bedroom villa, located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golfing Resort, set within beautifully manicured gardens with views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a housekeeper (6 days per week - Mon to Sat). The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors in the main house, kitchen, lounge & dining area - leading through 3 patio doors to a large, partially covered sun deck, on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor. The bedrooms give direct access to the gardens and the Forest Hills swimming pools. The lower floor also has a separate WC/cloakroom. The third bedroom is in a separate cottage annexe set within an enclosed patio area to the front of the villa, all bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned and have cable TV. All linen, including bath & beach towels, is provided. Royal Westmoreland is less than a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach on the glorious west coast of Barbados. ADSL Internet, Ethernet or Wireless connection.

Changeover day
Bookings can be for any number of days, subject to a minimum of 5 days generally and 10 days at peak times. Changeover being on Monday to Saturday when our housekeeper is in attendance. Check-out time is 12.00 midday.

Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has king size double bed and cable TV, sitting area with desk and ADSL wireless router for Internet connection.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds (can be converted to king) and cable TV.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and cable TV.
Bathrooms: En-suite Bath/Shower room to Master Bedroom with WC and twin vanity units, shaver socket. En-suite Shower room to Bedroom 2 with WC and twin vanity units, shaver socket.
En-suite Shower room to Bedroom 3 with WC and twin vanity units, shaver socket.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, juicer/blender, coffee machine and toaster. The washing machine/tumble dryer is located adjacent to the lower floor WC/cloakroom.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining area has comfortable seating, including bed/settee, and a dining table to accommodate 8 people. Also provided are :- telephone, fax, 42" Plasma TV (cable), Home Theatre Surround Sound System (DVD) with 5 CD changer and AM/FM radio.
Other: The sun deck, with views of the gardens, lake, pools and the Caribbean Sea, is coral stone tiled and has a glass topped table with chairs for outdoor dining, gas barbecue and lounge beds with sun umbrella.

The villa includes the services of a housekeeper 6 days per week. All linen, including bath and beach towels, is provided.

Outside
Royal Westmoreland is a secure, gated community, approximately 40 mins drive from Grantley Adams Airport, a meet and greet service is available if required. The villa has parking space for 2 vehicles. Guests enjoy the benefits of concessionary rates for golf - see below (buggy included) on the fabulous Robert Trent Jones designed Royal Westmoreland Golf Course as well as use of the other resort facilities, including swimming pool, tennis courts and the recently expanded and completely refurbished gymnasium at the Sanctuary, club house and restaurant. Golf buggies are also available for rental at US$50 per day. At certain times of the year a children's club is also available, at an additional cost.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches on the West coast are less than 5 mins drive. Villa renters enjoy the use of The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins (10 mins drive) which provides free sun loungers and beach towels and the use of an exclusive sun deck. Beach ambassadors are in attendance and a free shuttle bus operates from the Sanctuary during Peak season. The rugged East coast beaches are 30 mins away and the sheltered beaches of the South coast, ideal for children, 30 mins.

Golf
Royal Westmoreland Resort - Exclusive use of members, guests and villa renters. Weekly pass for villa renters unlimited golf US$700 per week - includes buggy. Please Note: - the club house will be undergoing major refurbishment until 1st December 2008 and will be closed. The Sanctuary will provide temporary facilities during this time.
Sandy Lane (10 mins drive). The Barbados Golf Club - Durants (30 mins drive).

Travel
Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 45 mins drive. The use of a car is almost essential, the owners have an arrangement for special discounted rates with Stoutes Car Rental Ltd.

Distances
The nearest shopping, including Supermarket, is in Holetown, approx. 5 mins drive. All of the Island's many attractions can easily be reached by car, most within 30 or 40 mins drive. Barbados is a small island being only 21 miles by 14 miles.

Further details
The nearby West coast is plentifully supplied with many excellent restaurants ranging from the up-market ‘The Cliff’ to the value for money waterside dining at ‘Cocomos’ in Holetown. In addition to the above, our personal favourite eating places are:- Calabaza, Tides, Olives, The Mews, Ragamuffins, Angry Annies and the quirky Groots bar. Sunday lunch at The Roundhouse at Bathsheba is also a great favourite.

Booking notes
Discounted rates may be available for small parties or extended periods. In the first instance contact the owners to agree rates, arrange reservation, payment of deposit etc. Final arrangements and payment will be handled by our managing agent in Barbados.
